I'm not very seasoned in buying cars. This purchase was my second used car purchase, and my first time being completely on my own. I wwnt into the experience as prepared as possible, but from the outset there was double speak going on from the sales rep Reggie. When I initially asked if I can have a mechanic look at the vehicle I was interested in, he said yes, but they have to come TO the dealership. It wasn't until I called around asking if mechanics came to dealerships that I learned that no, they do not. I would have to bring the car to them. When I told this to Reggie, he then.game me paperwork to fill out to take the vehicle to be inspected. Why couldn't he just led with this in the first place? After inspection it was found that the back brakes were not functioning safely and the air conditioning needed repairing. I took it back with the price quoted me to fix it and said I would purchase the 2011 Ford Escape if they took off the cost quoted to me so I could take it for repair. They then informed me that they would send the vehicle to their location in Lawrenceville to have the repairs done. To make a long story short, Reggie didn't seem confident or very knowledgeable in response to many of the questions I had. On a positive note, he did call back to update me on the status of vehicle AFTER I called to say I hadn't heard anything back during the span of time given to me by the manager of the shop. Overall, Reggie can improve his customer service by being knowledgeable about the vehicle the customer is interested in and being prepared to answer. Towards the nearing of the vehicle being returned hours after he quoted me a time initially 30min. Which he said was told to him by his manager he was telling me the car was coming on a truck, then he looked up and saw the person driving it in. So the vehicle had been driven from Lawrenceville back to Marietta. I'm a sensitive human, sensitive, not weak. So i work best with and try to seek out businesses that are caring, attentive and helpful. It was like I had to guide Reggie is how to interact with me as a customer. read more

Do not buy from this dealership! Highly dishonest and deceptive practices. ​I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata cash for $8,000. Almost immediately, I noticed engine oil leaking from the top end of the motor. I took it back to the dealership under their 30-day warranty. Instead of actually fixing the leak, their mechanic took the car, washed the engine bay to hide the oil, and lied to my face claiming "nothing was wrong." ​Because they hid the evidence, I drove the car for another three weeks. Now, the short warranty has expired, the oil leak is back, and the dealership flat-out refuses to take responsibility or do anything to help. They intentionally masked a pre-existing engine defect just to run down the clock on my warranty. ​Be warned: This is not just a one-car issue. I actually ran diagnostic codes on several other cars sitting on their lot using my FIXD OBD2 scanner, and almost all of their cars are throwing active error codes. Million Miles Motor is the worst. I wish I would have read the reviews before stepping foot on it's property. I bought a 2012 BMW and it was delivered damaged. A dent and scratches on the driver's side door. I'm still having title issues. They listed the wrong lienholder and never put my name on the title. Been trying to get this resolved since June 2025. I'm filing a complaint with Ga BBB for fraud. The vehicle is now a total loss and because the title is in limbo, I'm paying for a vehicle I no longer possess. BUYERS BEWARE!! THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS, management is always at lunch or with a client. I walked and crickets. Mind you I live 3 hours away. Then Jonathan called me angry and loud, Damn right. They must have an illiterate person filing title work or they're buying illegal vehicle that have title issues. This has been a nightmare. Oh I wished I would have just walked away after they asked for my Navy Federal information to just "check" if my daughter could be listed because she had a Ga driver's license. COCKROACH infested vehicle! Would rate this dealership a Zero out of 10. We recently bought a 2011 Nissan versa. Also purchased the warranty. Once we got the vehicle home, we started to notice cockroaches. We did attempt getting rid of them multiple times before calling million mile .... We used sprays, baits, gels, traps, a deep clean with shampooing carpets and all seats, as well as using a fogger that releases chemicals into the car for 4 hours. While we did see a LOT of dead roaches with these treatments, they still keep coming. At this point, we called a specialty pest control service that recommended doing a Cryonite treatment. It's a freezing treatment. They will come do this today. It's $250. Plus we spent $150 on the detail and about $100 on other supplies. All the while , we have been unable to drive the car, which has been a huge inconvenience and headache. So after our attempts at getting rid of the infestation, I called million mile to ask for some sort of compensation for the treatments we are spending money on. I do fully understand that it is not a mechanical issue, but it is an issue that happened while the car was sitting in their possession. Of course they will not admit to knowing it was infested. If they did admit that, obviously that would be bad for them. But not admitting it, they are basically admitting that they don't know much about the vehicles they are selling. Because trust me... if you spent any real time spent in this car you would see the cockroaches. I asked multiple times for the manager to call me. He never did. This is not surprising though... he's really not a friendly person in general. So he had his employees telling me that there is nothing they can do. They did offer to do a pest control treatment on it (after about 3-4 different times of me calling and trying to have them help us) but that would require us to drive the cockroach infested car to them. They acted as if this was a normal request. No thanks! If you read about German cockroaches you will see that they can often be disease carrying - so no, not a good idea to drive around with them! All I asked for was for them to at least cover the cost for the cryonite treatment. $250. But for them, saving $250 is worth treating a customer like they are nothing. This is just bad business... you don't sell someone a cockroach infested vehicle and act like it's normal. The fact that the actual manager never called back was even more confirmation that they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers at all. Hopefully, they save $250 and lose tons of potential business. If you do buy a car from them , I would require something up front stating that they are responsible for cockroach infested vehicles. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from Million Mile Motors and the subsequent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share our ordeal to warn other potential customers about the abysmal service and, frankly, deceptive practices we encountered. Major Issues Encountered: Extreme Delay in Title Processing: The dealership waited an astonishing approximately two months before even initiating the title processing. This gross negligence meant that the temporary tag had already expired before they began the paperwork required to register the vehicle. Bounced Title Check: After finally attempting to process the title, the dealership's check for the vehicle's registration bounced at the tag office. This staggering financial irresponsibility directly prevented us from legally registering the car. False Claim of No Insurance: To make matters worse, the dealership falsely informed my daughter that the title issue was due to her not having insurance. This was a blatant lie designed to deflect blame, as she had valid, current insurance on the vehicle from the moment of purchase. Unacceptable Delays and Runaround: Fixing the bounced check and title issue took over a month after the initial failure. During this entire period, we were given the constant runaround by the staff. Phone calls went unreturned, and every interaction felt like a struggle to get basic information. Blame Shifting: Not only did they fail to resolve their mistake promptly, but the staff repeatedly attempted to blame us for the issue, even after we proved we had insurance. Their lack of accountability and professionalism was infuriating. Conclusion: This dealership showed a complete disregard for the legal requirements of selling a vehicle and the time of their customers. Their severe delay in title processing forced us to drive a vehicle with an expired temporary tag for weeks, which is a serious legal violation. I had an appointment to see a specific car I was ready to buy. Had someone drive me 30 minutes, only to be told it sold 15 minutes before I arrived -- no call, no warning. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I completely understand first come, first serve. Not giving me a heads-up, especially knowing I was en route for a specific vehicle, was unacceptable. This kind of poor communication and lack of consideration for a customer's time and effort reflects badly on your dealership. So this review is going to a bit long but I will definitely say do not by a car from here First let's start with the pro's: The salesman did get me into a car and I got a good price for my trade in. With the vehicle needing repairs the manager did resolve the issue and got the work order so I could get the car fixed An employee stole a USB light port from my vehicle and the manager personally paid me to have it replaced and rectified the issue. Now for the Cons: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with. I came to this location to trade in the vehicle I had and purchase a used car with notes that could be affordable. Salesman were nice and friendly and so were the others who worked. When test driving a vehicle I was approved for I was informed that the vehicle wasn't ready and the control arm needed repair and once I signed the paperwork they would contact me when the vehicle was ready. I trusted they would repair the vehicle so I was glad to wait. Come Tuesday they told me the vehicle was fixed and I could come and pick up the car. I arrive trade my car in and start to drive the new car home. While driving I immediately notice a cranking sound and wondered if they actually repaired the vehicle. I contacted the dealership immediately and was blown off with them saying they don't have a service department in that location. it took me weeks to finally get a manager and I found out the work order was never even put in so I was lied to about the vehicle being ready. I could appreciate honesty if they said as is and I would have to get the vehicle repaired on my own. But I can't stand being lied to. But to tell me to my face that vehicle would be fixed and later tell me the vehicle was ready full well knowing that no repairs where done or poorly done is horrible and deceptive. Come a few weeks later I take the vehicle up to the Lawrenceville Location. I had to call them to find out if my vehicle was ready or not. Turns out it was ready for 10 days and no one even bothered contacting me. I go to pick up my car and notice that my USB light port charger and usb cables attached to it were stolen. The manager at that location paid me out of his own pocket to rectify the issue. I drove off with my car and yes they fixed the control arms but they still ignored the other thing that was wrong with the car that should've been repaired which I noticed while driving the car so there's no way the mechanic should've missed it. They are extremely unprofessional and only concerned with making a sale and will not repair the vehicle property if at all. But it's okay because if this is not fixed they will be hearing from an Attorney. Also don't listen to the generic message we are sorry about your experience blah blah blah. I wish I had never found this dealership. I am deeply disappointed in the experience I had with Million Mile Motors. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey from them in February and have yet to drive it more than a week without issues. I honestly wonder if the car underwent any inspection prior to being listed. It does not seem that way. When purchasing a used car, of course minor issues are to be expected, however their lack of communication, accountability and general care for their customers is alarming. Countless times I have had to travel to the physical location to speak with someone as I cannot come to resolve talking on the phone. Eli, the manager, and Nathan, a sales rep, have been nonchalant and take no accountability for the unresponsiveness. When I arrive at the dealership, I am often met with confusion about who handles what. No one knows. Eli constantly says, "Do you see how busy I am?" instead of trying to rectify the situation. No matter how many times I ask him to simply respond with an update on whether a process has been started or when repairs will be completed, he refuses. No calls, texts, emails. About a month after I showed up countless times to express concern, Frank, the parts manager began providing feedback. But that didn't do much because after he supposedly performed a transmission flush and repaired my wheel bearing, the noise that I was told was from the wheel bearing sounded no different, the car began smoking on the highway home and when I got it home poured radiator fluid all over the concrete. The sad part is, I explicitly asked Frank if the car was safe to drive. I asked if he would feel safe or if he would be comfortable allowing his loved ones to drive the car after his repairs. He said yes. Smh. After 2 months of reeling in this never-ending cycle, I truly hope I can save someone else the trouble I have experienced. Typically I would check reviews but was in a time crunch so I did not. I wish I had because I now see they have an F on BBB.org, and countless dissatisfied reviews. He said this car should not have been sold in this condition. I explained the situation to the manager at MMM who called himself "Michael". He asked me for the VIN number to the car. When I called back to give Michael the VIN, I was told no one by that name worked there. I asked to speak to the same person that I spoke to before because I had already explained everything that the mechanic told me. I was told that the person I spoke to was "in the middle of a deal" and I was put on hold for 38 minutes and then the phone disconnected. When I called back I was put on hold again for 18 minutes! They KEPT PLACING ME ON HOLD and transferring me to voicemail to avoid speaking to me. MILLION MILE MOTORS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD! WHEN I ASKED FOR NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR MANAGERS AND THE OWNER TO FILE A COMPLAINT I WAS GIVEN FAKE NAMES AND INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSES from Allison and Angel. When I asked for the manager's last name I was told that information could not be given out. Angel LIED ABOUT HIS NAME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT I MISHEARD HIM say that his name was Michael. I told Angel that I would be filing complaints against the company for selling me a bad car THAT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. ANGEL replied "I'm tired of talking to you, do what you got to do" and he hung up the phone on me. The staff speaks very rudely and condescendingly to customers. Take a LOOK AT THEIR nonchalant REPLIES toward CUSTOMERS THAT have complained about receiving a bad car or a car that has broken down on them after leaving the lot. They BLAME the customer FOR BUYING their LEMONS. And they defend themselves by saying the car is sold "as is" and that the customer refused to buy a very expensive warranty. THEY ARE ACTUALLY PROUD THAT THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND ARE SMUG IN THEIR RESPONSES. They seem to know that they will not suffer consequences for what they have done to so many people. Medical issues so I was going to finance $2,000. These idiots know I was going to another lot so they purposely tried to string me along I knew my guards were up with what they did was even more ridiculous. Do the math on a 6500 car which means I would have been paid $15,000. They didn't even try to negotiate because they wanted to put me in a contractual agreement telling me I can pay it off quicker 5 $700 a month but I'm still paying 5 years of interest. It all my years of traveling all over never have I ever met maggots like this because this was a very bad contract and if they can't put you in a deal that they can make three times the money this the worst scam I've ever seen.
