I returned to Tire Unlimited, and the owner, Josey, told me it needed maintenance. I paid $350 for that service. Just two months later, the A/C failed again. This time, Josey said the compressor had gone bad again and quoted me $650. After a heated discussion, he reduced the price by $100. What's frustrating is that during the second visit, when I paid for maintenance, the failing compressor should have been identified. It wasn't. As a business owner myself, I expected better accountability--especially since the compressor should have been under warranty and the issue was missed during their own maintenance check.
