Best food, best staff in Bowman. Love it! The burgers are fresh and cooked perfectly.

Always busy with locals on weekend evenings. Although overwhelmed, the staff always is attentive and as helpful as time allows. I love a traditional and tasty cheeseburger and their fries are so great with any dipping sauce. But beer cheese is the best (in my unbiased opinion). Lastly, the beer is cold, and pretty dang cheap considering prices these days. read more

Not super impressed. Got the cow pile fries and a bison burger. The cheese on the fries was more of a melted queso than the melted shredded cheese I prefer for cheese fries. The burger was fine. They only have beer and wine so if you like liquor try one of the other bars in the area like Windy's or Silver Dollar. Both of those establishments had super friendly locals and food that looked and smelled delicious. Make Grazer's your last resort of the town's options and don't go with it just because you are staying in the hotel and it's the easy choice. Stopped here at 7pm on a Sunday. We were road tripping and i had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately i was let down. The food was good, although they were out of bison, among other things, which we were looking forward to trying. Their burger didnt come with fries and the veggies that came with my food were bland and tasty like the frozen ones i buy at the market. They could have at least put some salt and pepper. Welcome to Bowman! I traveled to Bowman, North Dakota to complete my goal of visiting all 50 states and was rewarded with lunch at Grazer's Burgers & Beer. This restaurant is part of the larger gas and travel station just off the main highway in town. Parking is abundant. The menu is clearly focused on burgers and beer, but there are some other options for everyone. I chose their smothered chicken plate which had a grilled chicken covered in cheese with potatoes and vegetables. It was pretty delicious but I'm guessing the beef options are better. The inside was clearly favored by locals. I had no trouble getting a table and ordered a can of pop to wet my whistle. The food took a little long showing it's made to order. You can watch all the trucks drive by the highway too. Grazer's is one of the few dining options in Bowman, but it is a great option for anyone in the area. read more

This place was a life saver. The ONLY restaurant open in Bowman during a brief stay. The lady with the mohawk works her backside off and is friendly. The atmosphere is fine and the food decent. Only place I could find where people eat AND yelp in this area. We ordered a couple burgers and fries. Burgers were seasoned well. You get an option on the fries as to what seasoning you want. Grazer's is a must try because of their friendly staff members and their amazing menu! My compliments to the chefs! I enjoyed several menu items over the course of my stay at the Bowman Lodge, which is connected to Grazer's, and wow! Every meal was beyond delicious and I cannot wait to try more of their fantastic dishes. I enjoyed a bacon wrapped meatloaf better than my mom's meatloaf, which for me means it was phenomenal! It was served with delicious mashed potatoes and veggie medley of corn, jalapeño peppers, and magic. I also enjoyed steak tips cooked to perfection and I savored every bite. I devoured the fried mushroom appetizer and you must try their fries served with bacon and a delectable beer cheddar sauce! I am still craving those fries and that magic cheese sauce with those glorious bacon bits. I cannot say enough good things about Grazer's from the friendly staff, their passionate chefs, and the fun atmosphere. You can catch a game here and enjoy beers as well! If you're traveling through Bowman on highway 85 and you want some good food....Grazers is the place to go!!! Great Burgers and great sides with reasonable prices and good service. The apps are delicious although I haven't tried them all but I presume the ones I haven't tried are tasty as well. Grazers is connected to the Bowman lodge and convention center which by the way is the best place to stay in Bowman. So if your travels make you weary and hungry stop at Grazers and fill your belly then rest your head at the bowman lodge. By the way there's a good selection of brews to choose from too. read more

Found a gem in ND. Stopped for a burger & beer. Good selection on menu, burgers were Great! They didn't ask how we wanted them cooked, but they were great! The fries looked a little burnt, but they weren't. Very good. Service was excellent! Brittany was attentive but not pushy. She knew the draft menu and made a recommendation. Normally, I would never order anything called Rusty Beaver but BAM! Excellent wheat Ale. I've had wheat beer and many ales, but never wheat ale. I will definitely come back here. Great burgers. Staying at the Bowman Lodge and Convention Center, so it was a no brainer to try the sports bar. Very nice. Would be a 5 except for the lack of tap water - bottles only, because the city water is not very appetizing. Also would like to have seen salads on the menu. That is a big miss from where I sit. They do have soup, but it is not listed on the menu - be sure to ask. All that said, we had a couple of burgers and they were superb. Nicely done with fresh fixin's. Their "special" sauce is a winner. Recommended highly. Will be trying their sister restaurant in Newcastle, WY on our return trip! Will let you know if they compete well with this one. read more

OMG, I think they have the best onion rings I have ever had! (I didn't even order them someone else at my table did but they were soo good, I wished I had ordered them) The burger was so good and the donuts were amazing!!! The fries were really good too fresh cut and yummy. I like their grazers sauce! I will warn you I think there was one waitress for all the tables and while it's small maybe 12-15 tables that's a lot for one person. You would never notice Grazer's if you weren't looking for it, but you're missing out if you don't stop here. The meat is so fresh you can taste it and the fries are sliced fresh per order. It's a small quick serve place but it is great food for a great place. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Absolutely worth the trip if you are driving through Bowman or on your way elsewhere in Southwest North Dakota. A wonderful gem that Bowman should be proud of. read more

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister in law, stopped for lunch in Bowman. Grazer's is little hard to find, but is located in the Lodge. Burgers were great and tasty. You can tell they are cooked to order. Our waitress was new (3rd day on the job). We had separate checks and she forgot to put in one of the orders, so the food came out in 2 batches. The food was ok my burger was good but super greasy. I thought that the components of the burger where all good, but it was super greasy. The individual I was with ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was bland, greasy, and the bread was soggy. The wait staff was friendly, but was inattentive. Our GPS had some serious issues and told us there was a Sonic in this town.... no Sonic here! Sorry, not sure what cruel joke someone thought they were playing, but nope... So there we were in Bowman, ND looking for eats. We saw places that were closed for the night, saw places that were closed permanently and drove right past this one. The sign isn't really so prominent so unless your from here or really looking you're going to miss it. Found it and pulled in... loaded everyone in and sat. Super friendly staff and even the other customers here were nice! Very clean. Bathrooms are in the hotel part of this place and were immaculate. Building looked pretty new, at least compared to some other things in town. Menu was simple, but I think that's what makes it so darn good. Burgers were delicous with meat and fixin's super fresh. Fries were pretty crunchy (as I like them). Nice variety with the simple offerings. Great prices. So in the end we didn't get Sonic... but I think we got better. read more
