I had no cash for tip, he accepted no payment. But he and his guys worked on my car for nearly 1/2 hr and made sure I was ok. My husband, my children, and I Thank You for being my hero today! If I lived here I would definitely see Mitch's Collision for all body work because they 'got good character!'

They said that the brakes were bad and that they replaced the pads and rotors without our permission or knowledge and then charged us for the additional work. Then they got mad when we told them to undo the work as the brakes have been working fine. This got the bill down to $800 which is still a huge amount. DO NOT take your vehicle here. These people are crooks and will scam anyone unfortunate enough to cross their path. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

And they told me just for the tow alone was over $600. Not including all his B.S. fees. Completely rude over the phone and didn't give the information of them not taking cards and only cash. So of course I was pissed off driving over an hour to Chipley from Freeport to be told I have to go back out to an ATM and call my bank to up the daily spending limit. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Not enough? They told us if we didn't make it back by 5 we would have to wait till tomorrow so they could charge a whole other day. Made it back at exactly 5. Gave them the total of $740 to just get the car back and when the man brought it up front. Driver side window was shattered and there were glass pieces all of the interior. The woman that was taking service orders told me just to wait in my car so she "Didn't forget about me." I thought South Charleston WV Walmart was bad when they didn't get my oil changed because they lost my keys for two hours, but at least the store in South Charleston had some organization to their system.
