The woman that was taking service orders told me just to wait in my car so she "Didn't forget about me." I thought South Charleston WV Walmart was bad when they didn't get my oil changed because they lost my keys for two hours, but at least the store in South Charleston had some organization to their system. Admittedly, I did wait close to 3 hours for towing, but this was entirely a problem with AAA. Their GPS had me 35 miles away from my actual location. But once everything was straightened out, American arrived and we loaded up my disabled vehicle. I opted for the full tow to my home. The driver, Bobby, was professional, knowledgeable and above all, amiable! If a similar situation would arise and American towing was in the area, they would be my first choice for assistance!
