It is Oct 9th and I was just told by Ralph (not Manny who never responded to my emails or phone calls) that the numbers won't work and I cannot get a 2nd mortgage. Manny NEVER responded to my calls or emails and did not process my application - if he had done he would have told me what Ralph told me almost 3 months later. Manny never, ever indicated this application would not go through. He did not tell me where we where in the process. He did not ask for any further documentation. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this company. Manny said 20 times he would get back to me and NEVER DID. I never received ONE response by email or text or phone. Don't waste your time with these people.
