I didn't valet my car, because my wife already did when she arrived on Thursday. It wasn't too difficult to find out how to get inside from the deck. We had a really nice room overlooking the pool. We were on the 6th floor. The room was really nice! We had 2 queen beds. The bathroom was nice too! The Omni itself is actually really nice too. We spent some time in the lobby with some of her work colleagues, and had a really good time. I didn't interact with any staff at all, but my wife said that check-in was smooth and she experienced no issues. I look forward to coming back in the future! Maybe even utilizing the pool!

Parking One of the first things I appreciated was the parking situation. You actually have options here. Valet was twenty dollars which I chose, or you can park for free yourself. A lot of lounges make you pay for parking so I thought this was a nice touch. Atmosphere and Seating I found the lounge through a quick Google search and was drawn in by the fact that they had both a live band and the legendary DJ Frank Ski performing that night. The vibe is definitely mature with people dressed in linen suits, nice dresses and heels. I did not make a reservation and arrived about forty five minutes after opening. At that point the bar was already full and the only free option was a shared section for walk-ins. Honestly it worked out well. The section easily fit twelve to fifteen people and we had more than enough space. I strongly recommend making a reservation if you want your own table. Food and Drinks The menu is pretty limited but I split the seafood plate with a friend. It came with fried catfish, shrimp, and potato rounds. Everything was hot, well seasoned, and came out quickly. For drinks I had two French 75s with cognac and they were made perfectly balanced and smooth. Service Our server Taya was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. The only hiccup was with the hookah service. On the refill the hookah was not pulling correctly and it took a little back and forth before they swapped it out. Once it was fixed we were good to go. Overall Between the live entertainment, great drinks, solid food, and attentive service I had a really good time. I would definitely come back, especially with a reservation in place.

But once we started working with Leigh Vaughan from Saratoga Events, we KNEW we'd made the right choice. She couldn't have been more welcoming, enthusiastic or helpful, which made all the difference for us as a gay couple and since we were planning our wedding from out of town. The House, with its adjoining deck and enclosed historic Pavilion, were perfect for having the ceremony and reception in one location, and the convenience of working with Saratoga Events and Avenue Catering made planning a snap. Leigh had ready recommendations for any other vendors we might need, checklists to help with our planning, and obviously a wealth of experience in putting together flawless events. The food was delicious, with lots of options to choose from, including formal sit down or buffet and cocktail style. We had so many compliments on the charming, intimate atmosphere and pleasant service. Since I work in the preservation field, having the historic house for our guests to enjoy before and after the ceremony made it particularly special. I would highly recommend the Pace House for anyone planning a small to mid-sized wedding in the Atlanta area!
