He was very flexible and worked with my realtor and other family members since I could not be present for the inspection myself. He then followed up the inspection with a phone call to me to explain his very thorough report and even offered to return to the house when I moved to town and closed on the house so he could further explain his findings and educate me (a first time homeowner) on various aspects of the home and annual maintenance. If that wasn't enough, there was a hail storm prior to my closing date and when I contacted Wayne for advice, he offered to go back to the house to check for damage free of charge the very next day.
