The manager, Rob, took the time to explain everything to me (I'm clueless when it comes to vehicles), which was greatly appreciated! The staff make you feel well looked after and the attention to detail is what makes the experience special (even my dog got a treat). Although I only live a few blocks away, I would drive across the city for service like I experienced today.

To add insult to injury.....they broke the belly tray, tied it up with zip ties and then told my wife that they spotted an issue with the belly tray but they were kind enough to tie it up for her ! My dad is a mechanic! I've been around car and worked on cars all off my life! Mr lube is a joke.....run by chancers with staff that know nothing about the job they are doing! Considering legal action as the belly tray came loose on the highway and caused some issues.

My baby was hurting. 320k on SOHC 4.0L 9.75:1 V6. I bought it at 51k. The 270k I drove it were 80%…read morehighway. Always full synthetic oil. Developed an intermittent miss at about 268k. After diagnosis, it was a top end issue Due to finances, I put another 52k on it before replacing the engine with new, not rebuilt. When the tech pulled out the original motor, he found major top end issues. 2 cylinders with low (not 0) compression, one cam lobe had a nasty score on it, but it still ran like a champ on the highway for the last 52k. Kudos to Ford/Mazda for a bullet proof V6. When I finally had time to get it to Maurice's, Denin gave me 2 estimates. The new engine was almost $3,000.00 LESS than a rebuilt. No brainer. New engine comes with 3 year, 100,000k warranty. Rudy did a fantastic job on the swap, even did a couple extra minor repairs. ( I thought I had a clutch problem, but just a pilot bearing.) I've taken both our vehicles to Maurice's Auto Care since I found him. I have known him personally for over 40 years and his shop's work is beyond reproach. Thanks to Maurice, Rudy and all the staff for a low stress experience.

I just got new tires and a wheel alignment done, and let me tell you... I do not have enough good…read morethings to say about Market Tire! Over the phone, they helped me select the absolute best tires for the kind of driving I do, while remaining in my price range. They actually ended up finding me tires with a mail in rebate that were below what I budgeted for! When I got to the shop, all the employees were super friendly and very helpful. Everyone in the store was quick ask if I needed help, and everyone in the shop had a smile on their face. Nice change of pace from some other Saskatoon shops, in my opinion! They got my car into the garage while I was still at the store, and had it done super quickly! They had someone load up my old winter rims for me, which was nice because I was wearing work clothes and not really in a position to lift big dirty hunks of metal! :) When I picked my car up, my new tires looked awesome, and I was anxious to try them out on the highway. My car had a shimmy for about a year before I took it to Market Tire - now I feel like it drives better than it ever has! I was super happy with the service I received, but I was totally blown away after I got a better look at my car.. It had a dangling piece of cowling underneath the front bumper that I have been meaning to secure for the longest time. I was absolutely over the moon when I noticed the Market Tire employees had zip tied it back into place for me! They also tucked away my winter plug-in (which is always falling out) very neatly into my grill. So not only does my car drive like it's brand new again, it doesn't look like it's falling apart anymore.. Much appreciated! I recently had some repairs done at a local shop and they ignored these issues, even while fixing my car. The way I was treated at Market Tire was far "Superior" to the service I received from that shop. I was so happy and grateful to see that the Market Tire employees did these small repairs for me without even being asked. Anyway, long story short, I think this is the best tire shop in the city. From start to finish, the guys at Market Tire provided me excellent customer service, and did an amazing job on my car. I feel like these guys really care about the work that they do, and they really want you to leave happy. Great job Market Tire! I will definitely be back!

After test driving a wonderful vehicle and also considering trade in value and repairs we decided to maintain our current vehicle. Every step of the way the team was transparent and easy to talk to. They did not try to sway us in one way or another, just provided the facts. Each of our truck repairs was completed with great communication and providing information. I felt assured we were making informed choices and I was provided updates every step of the way. We will certainly utilize Auto Connection in the future.

I brought my vehicle in to have the driver's side door window installed. I had already supplied the…read morereplacement window. During the repair, I was told that the window regulator was broken. I do not believe that conclusion was adequately supported. The original window had been shattered, but the regulator itself appeared intact. There are also repair instructions available for this model showing that proper access to the regulator requires removal of the exterior door panel. My concern is that the repair was being attempted without removing that panel. I personally observed the work being carried out this way. I tried to explain the procedure I understood to be required, but my information was dismissed rather than considered. With an uncommon vehicle such as this, it is entirely possible for an owner who has researched the repair to have useful information about the procedure. I would have appreciated a more collaborative approach, particularly before concluding that an additional component was defective. The interaction with the technician also became unnecessarily dismissive. I was left with the impression that the focus had shifted from determining how the repair could be completed properly to defending the original assessment. Ultimately, I had to drive home in the rain with the driver's window completely missing and the replacement glass sitting loose in the passenger area. I was particularly concerned about the safety of transporting a large piece of glass in that manner, especially in the event of a collision. My concern is not simply that the repair was unsuccessful. Repairs do not always go as planned. My concern is that I observed an attempt to complete the repair without removing the panel necessary to properly access the regulator, while the information I provided about the procedure was dismissed. I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally by reconsidering the repair procedure, verifying whether the regulator was actually defective, and ensuring the vehicle was left in a safe condition before I departed.

They treat me incredibly well and give great explanations. I find the pricing to be quite reasonable also. As a woman I sometimes (rightly or wrongly) worry about being taken advantage of - never have they made me question their integrity and I am comfortable putting my total trust in them. Great service. The mechanic was so moody and rude to us so we left. we went to another one on 22nd. It was different experience with them because they willing write the note and check everything out.
