Customer service of this place is horrible. I have been a long time customer of the Great CBD Shop and have been ordering from them for a couple of years, however, recently a vape I bought from them failed and when I would inhale the vapor, it would make me cough and hurt my lungs. When I reached out to support they let me know there was nothing they could do because, "it was passed the 48 hour window for warranty".. Sorry but thats putting off your bad products onto the customer. The product has 9 grams of vape liquid in it. no one is going to finish that in 48 hours, therefore, that is for faulty equipment or if it arrives broken. This was not what happened to me.. after the first charge, which was after 48 hours, the vapes battery was noticably weaker. This kept happening until halfway through the vapes life it died and was affecting even my health. The faulty equipment is not my problem, it is the companies and I should not be heald liable. When reaching out they already know this and expect me to lose money on their faulty junk. Good customer service would replace or offer at least half of the items worth that was paid, especially if this is a loyal customers first time with an issue. My recomendation is if you are going to buy from this company, you will think youre paying for quality products and receive items that will break before expected. So they just cancel the order and keep 30% of the money on a mistake they made!? I placed an order on July 8th. I realized immediately that I ordered with the wrong shipping address. I reached out via email because I couldnt get anyone on the phone (first red flag). I spoke with Alyssa who assured me that she successfully updated my shipping address. I even received a new email confirmation with the corrected info. By July 22nd, my order still hadnt shipped so I reached out via email. Got tracking info on July 23rd. Today I receive a notice from. UPS saying they delivered my package to a locker. No locker number, just in a locker. I dont live in an apartment. I did reach out to my old leasing office as I did live there before. They do not have the package and the driver says he left it in the parking area??? Anyway, UPS told me to contact the seller to track my package which was by the way, SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! Bought some kratom gummies that were NOT kratom. They felt like they had cannabis in them (possibly Delta 8). And nowhere on the label is any hemp-derived product listed. When I emailed the company they responded with "we get this all the time"and claimed the THC-like effects were a result of how strong the kratom extract in them is.
