This was not what happened to me.. after the first charge, which was after 48 hours, the vapes battery was noticably weaker. This kept happening until halfway through the vapes life it died and was affecting even my health. The faulty equipment is not my problem, it is the companies and I should not be heald liable. When reaching out they already know this and expect me to lose money on their faulty junk. Good customer service would replace or offer at least half of the items worth that was paid, especially if this is a loyal customers first time with an issue.
