We came in for two trims on both of my daughter's hair and this woman was so awful that we walked out and went somewhere else. I would not trust this woman to touch a hair on my daughter's head. I don't like giving low ratings but this one is a MUST, I went there yesterday 08/7/2023 at around 4pm when I got there a lady was complaining about her daughters hair and I thought it happens and kept a positive attitude. Then I was up and had hope and faith everything was gonna be okay. Keep in mind the lady had a positive attitude and was very kind and thankfully she only cut 2 inches off so it was barely noticeable but when I got home I realized that it was really choppy and my family did too so today I had to re cut my hair and it ended up looking better I'm not trying to be mean I'm just being completely honest, I paid her $25 even though the cost was $18, I don't want my money back I just wouldn't go here again, it seems they're not trained well enough and they should be getting trained because this is someone's hair we are talking about I had a little panic attack when I realized because my hair is SO important to me!! Please be careful when going here just an FWI. I do appreciate the lady being nice but im going to a hair salon to get a cut and the cut looked like I went to a cosmetology school not someone who already has their license.. read more

I have had 2 of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life. The first haircut (although they have written instructions on how to cut your hair) the hair dresser cut my bangs so short Plus didn't texturize my hair as I told her to do and the cut was horrible. It looked like someone put a bowl over my head and just cut the bottom. So I waited a long time to get my hair grown out so it could be trimmed and went back to get it trimmed. There were 3 hairdressers in there and I asked if any of them could razor cut hair as my hair always looked better when razor cut. Not one of them could do I had to settle. Bad mistake..... This haircut is worse then the last haircut. She was to cut it no shorter than 3 1/2 " and the longest length I have is almost 2" plus my bangs were cut crooked and one one side there is a big hole. I will never step foot in that salon again and I would sure caution anyone else to go somewhere else. It's hard to even find a hairdresser in this town. Guess I'll have to learn to cut my own hair, it couldn't look any worse. Of course I'll have at least 4-5 months before I even have to cut it. read more

This has got to be THE WORST haircut I have ever received. It's partially my fault, because I have made it a common practice to stay as far away as possible from franchise "salons", and what did I do? yes, I went. FML. The lady was more interested in showing me her tattoos then doing what the fuck I asked for! When I got done it looked like she cut my hair using construction paper safety scissors wearing three pairs of mittens. Don't get a fade here because obviously they can't do it. I asked for a medium-low fade and she fades it high. I wouldn't even call it a fade cause it's not faded at all. It's a hard line on the sides of my head. There is little blending if any at all. The top was trimmed up but still looks sloppy. The sides are sloppy. The haircut overall is very poor and terribly done. I asked for her to fix it 3 times and she still didn't do it properly. Now I have to wear a hat for weeks. It's an embarrassment. read more
