After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Not to mention, after the tips were put on, the nail tech said this isn't her strong suit then somehow managed to let it slip they were not actually licensed for the service they provided, additionally, the tech was changed at the last minute, surprised me with two trainee techs, and no one matched the photo of the artist sent from the booking service. These shouldn't have been done at all.
