Although the haircuts are expensive, I always felt the quality and child-friendly service made them worth it. Unfortunately, my experience today destroyed the trust I had in this business. I brought my four-year-old son in for a haircut with Anais. I specifically asked for a high fade with a #1 on the sides. My son loves getting haircuts, sits extremely still, and has never been difficult during an appointment. Despite that, she gave him a very low fade that was uneven and patchy all over. During the haircut, he became covered in loose hair and told her he was itchy. Instead of taking a moment to blow or brush the hair off him, she repeatedly told him she would clean him off when she was finished. I have never experienced that at a children's salon before. When she said she was done, I immediately noticed patches throughout his hair and pointed out that the fade was much lower than what I requested. I asked her to fix the patches and raise the fade. About five minutes later, she said she was finished again, but the patches were still clearly visible and the fade had not been raised. His hair is now noticeably uneven, patchy, and looks significantly worse than it did before the appointment. I would not feel comfortable sending him to school with his hair looking like this. After paying nearly $50 for a children's haircut, I now have to take him somewhere else and pay again to have it corrected--if it can even be fixed without cutting it extremely short. I am incredibly disappointed, especially because we had been loyal customers. I sincerely hope ownership reviews this situation, makes it right, and ensures this stylist receives additional training and supervision before more children leave with the same experience.

My two daughters love to get their hair done by him and they've been taught to tell him what they want (he listens) since they are his customers; dad just gets to pay. Sometimes it is hard to get on Freddie's calendar but he will generally work me into his schedule. I appreciate that since I usually call a week after I need to get in for a cut. The other stylists there are very friendly but beyond that, I can't speak about them. However, if you are looking for a Stylist, give Freddie a try.

The stylist I use within the salon is Heidi who has been in the industry for 25 years and is such a hidden gem. She does cuts, colors, highlights, perms, balayage, weddings/prom hairstyles, etc. I've never experienced a stylist who goes more out of her way to make her clients happy and who truly cares about the client in her chair. Plus I haven't come across another stylist that is as fair priced as she is. She really doesn't charge enough for the level of service she provides. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Ergun spent quite a while explaining the different types of extensions offered and gave me plenty of time to ponder and ask additional questions. I finally decided to take the plunge, and I chose the Keratin extensions... This is one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself - life-changing, even. My hair is more fabulous than I could have ever imagined walking in the door and looks SO natural. I have had no compliments on "my extensions," but plenty on my hair. I've had my extensions going on five months, and have had NO problems. I've gone in every 4-6 weeks, free of charge, for a keratin touch-up. I also took my daughter in for a smoothing treatment because her hair is very thick and gets tangled easily. Now it is much more manageable. She was treated like a queen, just like I have been on each of my visits.
