Unfortunately, when I saw my hair I told her it looked really dark. She assured me that it was because it was wet and the toner would fade a bit after a couple washes. I gave her benefit of the doubt bc it looked a little lighter when she dried it. When I got home and could take a better look, my hair was a full gray and beige color. I was bright blonde. I also still have roots showing. The salon hasn't responded to either of my messages asking what we can do to fix this. It will be very hard to correct this without ruining my curl pattern and I am probably going to have to get a keratin treatment somewhere, which isn't cheap. I told my stylist that I keep my hair light bc of thinning areas because they make me self conscious. They are fully visible. I'm not going to name the stylist because she was really nice, but I am not happy with the lack of response to my messages. I would skip this one unless you want something basic and without bleach.

We called first but came in after 2pm per their request. They are open until 7 pm every weekday except Sunday at which they close at 6pm. Since most of the staff are Asian Americans make sure you communicate well how you would like your hair cut and styled. I got cut and color because a touch of grey doesn't suit me anyway. Having said that, we both were impressed with their professionalism and work. We think we got the same style as we would have at a higher price at a John's Creek or Milton salon for half their price. That said, we walked away pleased with our haircuts and plan to be a returning customer.

I confirmed if my hair would revert back, and Kluss (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) said yes. My hair did not revert back upon washing and it looks like a bad perm. Below are the pictures of my scalp and ears that got burnt from the treatment. During the 1 hour wait with the keratin in my hair, it kept dripping down my face and ears, and I wiped it down. Even though I wiped it down, my ears still got burnt. I did not know it was doing damage, since it was my first time getting one. I did inform her a few times when she applied it to my hair that I can feel sensations and a little pain and she said it was normal. I don't think she did it on purpose but as a licensed cosmologist it is your job to listen to your clients concerns. I understand my scalp was sensitive already from the night before due taking my braids down, but I didn't have any injuries on it. During the process of the keratin treatment, I didn't know I got burnt. I just thought my scalp got more sensitive and I would be good in a few days. A burn is a big difference. It can affect my hair growth and I can't wear braids again for a long time until my scalp fully heals. As a cosmologist, if she believed my scalp was too sensitive from taking my braid down the night before, she should have stated "I can't due the keratin treatment today. Come back another time." Instead she took my $200. Once I informed her and sent her pictures, she did not want to refund my money back. Now I will have to cut my hair once my scalp heals from the burns and restart. I am glad my bank was able to get me my money back.

I am 11 years old and had a very uncomfortable experience at this salon. The staff were talking…read morenegatively in Vietnamese while I was there, which made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. They also did not communicate properly with me at all. I was never asked what kind of haircut I wanted--no one asked if I wanted a V-cut or any other style. I came in wanting a perm, but they refused without fully listening to me. They assumed I wanted a curly perm, even though I never said that. No one asked if I wanted a straight perm, which is what I actually wanted. I feel like my opinions weren't taken seriously because of my age. Everyone deserves to be listened to and treated with respect, especially kids. Better communication and respect for clients would really improve this salon.
