This has to be the WORST Great Clips in the state. It's never open and when it is the stylists are rude. They don't want to check you in and sure as hell don't want to cut your hair. The site should just be closed permanently. It's sure not a business. read more

My daughter and I went in for haircuts. Before school was to start. The person doing my hair cut too much and when she styled it it looked like matted mess. She put so much product in my hair that it was like stiff straw. Then she asked "So, is that okay​?" I asked if she would let a family member walk out of the salon like that? I asked if I could use her brush and brush some of the product out and style it so that it looked decent enough to be seen in public. The cut was horrible. I was humiliated! My hope was that my daughter was having a better experience. Apparently that was not the case. The cut was nothing like what she asked for. She went home and cried. read more

A while ago my brother came here for a haircut instead of going where he normally does, he wanted to try this place out, mind you- he has very curly hair. We asked if anyone would be able to cut it and a man said yes, so he sat down and the man started cutting his hair. I began to scroll through Instagram waiting for him to be done, I look up and see a horrified look on his face, we asked for a trim and all of his hair was chopped off to where his curls wouldn't fully curl. He looked like he got ran over by a lawnmower! The next day he had school and he cried because he didn't want to go with a hair cut like that (he's in high school), we had to go to my aunts hair salon to fix it read more

I went there to get a haircut. They told me it could be up to 30 minutes, but they got me in a chair within 10. They were super friendly, consistently checking to make sure I liked the way they were cutting my hair. They were nice and talkative without being overbearing. I really enjoyed going here for my haircut and will return in the future! read more

I chose Great Clips because of their close proximity to WalMart. I had been growing out my hair for 6 months in preparation for the haircut. I asked for a particular haircut and no one seemed to know what I was talking about...a popular pixie cut which is much longer on top. I was even questioned by one "stylist" why I wanted that cut. By the time the cut was finished it was only 1 1/2" on MOST of the top. When i got home I discovered that a 3-4" square area on the top right center was in several lengths up to 3" long. I am unable to fix the damage because of a broken right arm and pelvis. I contacted the corporate office and they are forwarding my complaint to the franchise owner. They can't replace my hair and I told them I DO NOT want a coupon!! I will update this when I hear from the franchise owner. read more
