I was blessed with the most amazing "Spa Day" in Garden City, KS!! It was nothing short of AMAZING. I started with a 1 hour float...truly relaxing and de stressing. Next, I enjoyed a massage by Mireya. Let me tell you about my deep tissue massage! I've had a hundred plus massages in my lifetime and this massage was the absolute most AMAZING MASSAGE, I have EVER received!! Hands down!! And to top it off she gave me a scalp massage that sent my mind into super relaxed mode!! Then, I truly enjoyed a fabulous and very beneficial facial from Tania. She was personable and extremely knowledgeable!! The atmosphere in this spa was so beautiful and very clean. All employees we came in contact with made my friend and I feel very welcomed! I tried my first float! Beautiful spa! They offer so many services! Honestly I feel this is a full service spa. It's affordable, everyone deserves a little self pampering. Health is wealth! I recommend the float, I was a little nervous thinking I'd be anxious in the pod but no not at all! I was sad when it ended I couldn't believe it had been an hr. They explained the process throughly and now I feel confident for my next float! My skin and hair are so soft. I couldn't believe all the health benefits this has!! I also got a hydrating anti aging facial Im 36yrs old and have always been aware of taking care of your body and skin. Highly recommend this spa it's HUGE! It has been awhile since I had a massage and I knew I was way overdue! I called on a Thursday to see if there was anything available Friday or Saturday. To my disappointment, there was no opening. But... the receptionist said they could put me on a cancellation list and that I would get a call if someone cancels and guess what! I received a call that Friday for a cancellation for Saturday!! I can't tell you how amazing this place is and I can't believe I waited so long to come back! I definitely needed that today, so a big thank you for getting me in!! It was amazing!! read more

I signed a contact for 8 laser hair removal treatments for Brazilian and underarms. I paid $1960.00 for the services which is incredibly steep but I assumed that it would be worth it. It was not! The laser they used did not work and I let them know that after the first treatment. The technician explained that she would adjust the settings on the laser. (This is common in most laser treatments.) I again did not see any results after the second session and let them know. My laser technician recommended that I keep trying and that they would continue to do laser treatments until it worked even if that meant 10 treatments. I explained that I was unhappy with the type of laser being used but gave it one last chance. Nothing... after asking for a refund, I was directed to the manger laser technician. Incredibly rude! She said she would offer a refund for only 3 remaining treatment even though my contract states 8 sessions. She said she was too busy that day and would get back with me. Waited 3 weeks and no call. Now, 5 weeks later still waiting for a better deal. Highly disappointed and not the experience I would have ever anticipated in a luxury spa. read more

I am so happy with my acrylics! Cristina did an amazing job. She was attentive and considerate when I was concerned with the length. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I have been twice for prenatal massages and was not impressed. The first time seemed okay as though they were trying to do a good prenatal massage, but it was lacking the correct pressure and focus area. The second time was not worth the cost. I walked away feeling more stressed and with no relief. The area I asked the massage therapist to focus on was the least focused on during the massage. I requested a firm pressured massage and this was light to medium at best. read more
