Every time I've called to ask for a supervisor or manger to speak to they are never there. I've even gone in person a few times and same situation. This Walgreens will continue to lose valuable life long customers if such negligence of a reputable corporate owned chain continues. The pharmacist kept my wife on hold for an hour periodically picking up to say something under his breath and put her back on hold. We had to drive there still on hold there entire time even through the line. My wife asked why he is keeping her on hold and not assisting to get this issue resolved, he says and I quote, "Oh, is that you... Hello?(picks up the phone and says hello)" My wife says hello over the phone in front of his face and then laughed at my wife. No prescription. Nothing. This man deserves to have his license taken away from him. How can someone like this even work in a healthcare related field? Still no prescription. Going to a new pharmacy.
