I've always been impressed with the results of every service, the prices, and everyone's friendly attitudes! It's such a treat going to ISO that I even got my husband to start seeing Rachel for his haircuts, and he was STRICTLY a Great Cuts kind of guy before. This ain't Chicago ladies....with price increases like that you stand to lose a chunk of your current business! Most of the stylists do very well at listening to my requests of barely cutting anything off. Everyone there is very kind as well. However, do not allow Dawn cut your hair. I was extremely specific, like I always am about my hair, and requested the smallet amount to be cut off then to touch up my layers. She hacked off a chunk (solid 6 inches) near my face and didn't even attempt to blend in the layers. It looks absolutely horrible. My hair is curly and grows slowly, so the length is very important to me. Not one of my friends could sugar-coat it and lie to me saying, "it's not so bad". Every one of them told me it was horrible. Kim was thankfully there the next day when I returned to cry/complain, and she did her best at covering up this horrid mess. The heart-felt manager called and we worked out some deals. I'll be returning, but only to see Kim exclusively.
