The color did NOT hold or stay vibrant and faded pretty fast. HUGE PRICE INCREASES The prices here seem to fluctuate quite a bit every couple of months. When I questioned it, I was given the brush off. It went from 150 to 165 to 180 and now 200 for the SAME SERVICE within a few year period...? Im sorry, WHAT. NEW BOGUS FEE - is now added on to ALL services. As a "service fee"...beware of this! They add it on without your knowledge. I assumed (always a bad idea) that since I was clearly pregnant, it was more likely I'd be offered water. I wasn't offered anything. I let the hair stylist know I had somewhere to be 5 hours from my appointment time and assumed (I have a bad habit of doing so) that I had allowed plenty of time. My hair appointment lasted over 4 hours but the process was rushed. All the while, water from the ceiling dripped on my leg. My hair came out okay. And I ended up being an hour late to my next function. I have yet to find a local hair spot I love.
