BEWARE: REFUNDS ONLY IF YOU STAY SILENT I came to this salon…read morebecause of all the "great" reviews, but now I know why they look so perfect, this owner pressures clients to delete honest feedback. I came in asking for a trim and thinning as I have extremely thick heavy hair, but the stylist convinced me to get layers. since he refuses to thin out hair. He also pushed curtain bangs, and I agreed only if they were long to my chin. Instead, he chopped them up to my eyebrows. Now I look like an '80s rocker chick still with heavy hair as the layers did not remove the bulk on the top portion of my head, and these bangs that are always in my way considering my hair gets tied up in a pony tail everyday since I go to basketball practice everyday. He will try defending his work by saying I still tipped (this is simply because I'm polite and hate confrontation), but that doesnt change the fact I HATE my hair!! My mom left a google review on my behalf about how unhappy I was and the the owner offered a refund ONLY if we removed her review and signed a non-disclosure agreement. He even had an appointment for the next business day with a notary!!I have screenshots of the refund offer and the NDA they sent. This is a disgraceful way to do business. If you have a Notary on stand by this indicates you have done this multiple times!!! You should try standing behind your work instead of silencing unhappy clients. And when someone puts up a bad review, you do not need to call/text them 100 times to get their attention, that's giving stalker vibes. Do not trust these reviews, he probably pays people to write them!!!
