Horrible: they mess you up so so so bad they have no clue what they're doing. They claim they have 10-25 years of experience but it definitely dosnt look like it they give practicaly bowl cuts on every men haircut. its honestly the worst place eve. read more

I stopped in to have my bangs trimmed and they were very nice but their cutting skills could use a bit of work.

I worked here for about a month and at first I enjoyed it quite a bit. After a while I got written up for being late which I then took full responsibility for and changed my behavior. The manager Nicole continued to be hostile to me and accused me of being on drugs and taking too long in the bathroom. This was shortly after I had been hospitalized and almost died I had some pretty severe stomach issues and could not afford to take off work. The drugs in question were my prescription drugs. Today she made some nasty remarks to me about cleaning duties and when I brought up that the list had never been mentioned to me as well as several other daily salon tasks she continued to get frustrated with me and said I had no common sense. I was simply expressing my frustration at the lack of her training the new hires. She then continued to argue with me and take no responsibility and yell over me. I even tried to apologize to her and she yelled over me. I tried to diffuse the situation by telling her I was not trying to fight with her which she responded by cutting me off and more yelling. She discriminated against my disability as well by expressing that she was frustrated that I did not disclose to her that I am epileptic before I began working there but there was no place on my job application that asked for any information on disabilities. As my shift was over and I had a small break until my next shift I left hysterically crying and cutting my arm. Not once in my life have I cut myself but this altercation put me in such extreme distress that it led me to do so. When I went back to collect my things and quit she called the cops on me and told me I was no longer welcome there. I asked if I was fired or if I was quitting to which she responded by laughing in my face and she still has not given me an answer. I contacted her manager Heather and she stands behind her actions. I am disgusted by their actions. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Woodward has plenty of salons. Don't waste your money in this unethical cesspit. Also the franchise owner Becky Pfeiffer will not contact me in regards to this situation despite me reaching out several times and cooperate will do nothing about it. They are in violation of the Americans with disabilities act. I will be taking legal action against them. I also wouldn't go there if you prefer your hairstylist to be sober while preforming your haircut. They all smoke weed in the break room all day long. read more
