My Husband had an emergency on the way to the Escape rooms. Kids were super looking forward to going but unfortunately we didn't make it on time for the slot. We were charged €90. When we asked if we could do another slot we were told no, so disappointing for our kids. We didn't expect a refund but at least an opportunity to partake in another slot. They vehemently refused the kids another slot. So we are down €90 and no offer of another slot. Very bad form and business model. People have emergencies, and it wasn't our fault. I hope they are happy for disappointing our children and profiting from our unfortunate situation of having an emergency and not being able to make it. Lovely business model. Really puts the customer at the forefront of their mission. Thanks again for letting our kids down and profiting €90. read more
