Our order was for 27 bar stool tops and several table cloths (around 30) for the event. Ordering was simple enough. We called the local number received a quote agreed on a price ( $1,470) and setup a delivery date for the day before our event. Day of delivery they quoted a delivery window and stuck to the time. The table cloths were in good shape and taken care off. They messed up the color counts a bit but that wasn't a major issue to us. My bigger issue is with the high top bar stools we rented which was a big chunk of the expense. The bar stools probably need to be put out to pasture. All 27 looked horrible and had more miles on them then a Ford Model T. Which is ok if they were presentable and functional. Luckily we had plans to drape with nice table cloths anyways. However around 7-10 of them had missing bottoms to the feet and swayed more than a see saw during recess on a warm day. Majority of the table tops always came lose from the base. If they barely moved they broke apart or had to be retightened. I tried to track down the delivery guy who had zero cares for the situation. So we made a phone call back to the local office who said they would get some replacement table tops out same day. About an hour later a repair man came out with feet for the legs and some sticky tape to attach them. He tightened a few tables and left us sticky tape behind for when the table feet inevitably would come off. Overall extremely disappointed. You pay good money for what should be usable equipment that should not require sticky tape to be left behind to piece together. The table cloths were in good shape thankfully but the bar stool table tops were a complete mishap and in terrible shape. Time for the company to upgrade those for sure.

We have two of 6 daughters weddings this year. Same great service and advice. Everything we wanted for two completely different style weddings and venues was available. We spent time actually setting a table at their office varying linens etc until the brides found what they were exactly what they were looking for. Great prices, friendly service and a 30+ year buisiness history starting with only tent rentals with the father and progressing to full service rentals today. They moved from Breckenridge Lane to Bardstown Rd. From what I was told, the new location is bigger than what it was before. And it is a pretty nice size space. Once you walk in they have a screen for you to sign a waiver for individuals who are participating. Towards your right there are arcade games which only take money coins not arcade coins. They have a change machine for you to get change. There is a throwing ax area, sumo arena, bounce house arena and a gaming arena in addition to the foam shooting arenas. There are two party areas that are separated by a wall and a net for privacy. From a party perspective the lowest basic package is $300. With this package you receive 45 minutes in the party room which you use first and than one hour in the public foam arena. You do not get the access to the private foam arena. Which I think they should include a 30 minute private arena to the basic package so that the birthday child can play exclusively with their friends but that is more money. You get access to the other arenas but not the arcade game because it only takes money. They have guns to rent and for the birthday They do provide nerf guns for you to shot but it's only the basic one shot gun. For the birthday child they get an upgrade to a bigger gun to shoot more darts. You can upgrade your gun for an additional cost or bring in your own nerf gun which I would recommend. The cost is $15 per child for one hour of play and $20 for 90 minutes of play. Not too bad! Overall, my kiddos enjoyed it and would possibly go back.

I went into this blind and he didn't take advantage of me. I met his wife (She's adorable, BTW) and even his baby (Jack Russell Terrier) and I came out with a small elegant venue that served the EXACT purpose that I needed.

In the past we used a different rental company, but this rental company was more flexible and cost only $10 a table cloth for any size. This place is actually in a little business park. Unfortunately, not many Inflatable companies have been reviewed yet so I had to take a chance and looked up prices on inflatable company websites and set to call them up. Fun365 Inflatables was second on my list to call on a list of about 5 that I had chosen based on company website content/quality and price. The first company I called ended up with horrible customer service and the guy never called me back anyway. So I called Fun365 Inflatables the following day. Suzan Vawter answered the phone in a very professional manner and had a great professional phone voice. The entire conversation in confirming the price, bouncer type, and answering any of my questions was absolutely easy and I only wish more businesses had customer service like this. Everything was perfect so there was no need to even call any other companies after speaking to Suzan. I left a deposit of $50 for reserving the inflatable bouncer for a couple weeks later. Total price was $140 and worth every penny. The day came and the company called and stated they were on their way and gave an ETA of when they would be at the house. They arrived on the time we had reserved with a two person team and quickly but thoroughly setup the bouncer. They even asked us if we thought we would be done by the end of the reserved time of about 6 hours or if we needed any extra time. I assume they would just make us the last pickup for inflatable takedown after we said more time would be great so we ended up with a tad bit more time than reserved. That was nice of them to even ask this. The Inflatable bouncer was 15' x 15' x 13'h and was either brand new or really really clean and well taken care of. When they came to pickup, they worked just as quickly and carefully in ensuring everything was unplugged, certain areas were taken down first to take the giant thing down easily, folded perfectly etc...I was impressed with the hustle and professionalism. I signed the receipt at that time and thanked them for the great experience. It made my daughter's birthday just wonderful to have this for her and all her friends. Plus I'm sure all the parents appreciated the tired children just wanting to go home and sleep. I agree with other reviewers that you'll get warm in the safety gear. I chose to wear the plastic glove liners too, so my hands got very sweaty. Unfortunately, we were one of the last slots of the day and Smash Lab ran out of electronics to destroy before we got there. They offered us more glass items to smash instead. One thing to note is that you can bring your own items to smash- glass bottles, electronics, whatever. I also recommend putting together a playlist before you get to Smash Lab because you get to connect your phone to your smash room speaker.

We booked the Heavy Group Smackage for up to six people, which was supposed to include 50 glass breakables, 2 small electronics, and 2 large electronics. Which part of me didn't understand for the price that we paid, but I'm glad we were given that opportunity for reasons I will share below. When we got into the room, it was already cluttered with leftover debris from previous groups, which immediately made it feel unprepared and rushed. On top of that, the room wasn't set up with any of our items when we arrived (the employee was sitting in her car when we got there), so we lost a noticeable portion of our paid time waiting for things to be brought in--meaning we didn't actually get the full 50 minutes we paid for. The biggest letdown was the item selection: their idea of "two small electronics" was literally two computer mice, which feels misleading at best. The large items--a TV and a PC tower--were acceptable, but that was about it. We did get a selection of glass items in a tote, but they were all pretty small and we had to set them up ourselves. If we hadn't brought several of our own larger items, there's no way we would have had enough to entertain 6 people for the allotted time, let alone feel like we got our money's worth. There was also nothing useful to set items on--just an old tire--making the setup awkward and frustrating (other facilities have platforms of varying sizes). Overall, for $160, this felt like a very poor value and not at all what was advertised. A rage room should feel stocked, intentional, and stress-relieving--not like you're paying to finish off someone else's leftovers. I wouldn't book this package again unless they seriously improve the setup and item quality.
