Typical "buy here pay here" behavior; they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell at all, and good luck trying to reach them once you leave the lot. They will go so far as dodging calls or just outright hanging up on you if you happen to get through. Not even 30 days into owning a vehicle purchased from them, and they won't even hear you out about issues you've been having with it. Whereas my vehicle purchased from another dealership... more than a year out, and they are still more than happy to assist me in any way they can. If quality and service matter to you at all, avoid Cicon Motors at all costs.

We drove it and went back and bought it. It had an oil leak issue so we called and were told to come in and it would be fixed. No hassle no hesitation. It has been a great car. We bought it for around town but, would drive it on trios without any worries. Cicon Motors has a large inventory and large assortment of vehicles.

I called and was told by a technician with 20 years experience those marks don't matter your tires are balanced. Yes they are with weights put on the outside of brand new rims. If tires were mounted correctly there may have been no need for wheel weights. There was no consistency on the install and even one of the tires was installed backwards. Its just sad when people cant own up to their mistakes and would rather lie to you. LUCKY IT WAS ONLY TIRES I guess.
