Whenever I go boating with my family at Roaming Shores, I always make a point of it to stop here on…read morethe way home. Why? Because they offer a spectacular array of junk food and fountain drinks at low prices! They've got everything--baked goods, hot dogs with jalapeno cheese, candy, chips, you name it. The selection is much better than any urban gas station. I think there is a Subway built into this too, but since I usually leave the lake full of my dad's BBQ, I'm not up for anything substantial. And the fountain drinks...the last time I was here, they offered something like 64 ounce fountain drinks in a reusable plastic cup for next to nothing. Needless to say, my gigantic Diet Mountain Dew\energy drink\flavor shot combo made the drive home much more fun (except for the fact that I had to hang onto the cup for most of the trip since it was too big to fit into the cupholder!). There was so much sugar and caffeine in there that I felt like Beavis from the Cornholio episode! If you're en route to Cleveland or points west on I-90, stop here. It's a lot better than many of the other gas stations en route. You'll leave with a full gas tank and a full stomach!
