Dr. Merchand was extremely professional and put me at ease throughout my entire time in the office. He was very knowledgable, and explained everything to me step by step. And it is very quiet except for the music playing. No one talks to you; staff stays in the back chatting until they hear the door chime.

I can only attribute this kind of customer neglect to the fact that I was receiving benefits from OW. Therefore, there wasn't much room to upsell to me.
