I tried all possible backup generator providers in a wide area but they responded with quoting out of stock generators to astronomical prices to "we don't work when it's cold out"! A friend recommended Great Lakes Power Generation and I'm glad they did. I got a quote the next day, in two weeks they were here with the generator and in less than five hours the installation was completed. Because of a medical condition I'm limited to staying in the house but now I have complete security in that my computer stays on, my phone system stays on, my food stays frozen, the heat stays on, I can cook, and the lights stay on.
