After 12 hours of travel we didn't want to pack everything up again, pull in the slides and re-hook the fifth wheel (I'm sure fellow trailer owners will agree). We asked for a partial refund and was told he would check. We never heard back and had to follow up again in the AM and were told NO. Had we known they wouldn't even do a partial refund after their mistake, we would have moved. So sad to see a company no make right THEIR mistake. They have lost our business the few times a year we come through!

But they were perfectly acceptable for $85, and clean and quiet was all that we were after, and it delivered. They gave us a little coffee maker with some coffee, and the room itself had a little bar fridge in it that we were able to put our snacks from the drive in. Outside the motel was welcoming with lots of bright colored flower pots. I don`t know that there are any other options in Coutts for hotels, but I don`t see why you would want to go anywhere else.
