I have sent 10+ e-mails to the owner, Travis, some with responses saying he had my sweatpants and would be delivering them to the gym where my daughter goes (this was a week & 1/2 ago). He is unreliable, unresponsive and it is clear he does not care about customer satisfaction. There are others at the gym who also received wrong orders from him, and others who are still attempting to get their missing orders. At least 3 of us have now filed fraudulent charge disputes with our card companies. Even the owner of the gym's order was missing and, despite her also attempting to reach him, he has not delivered. To not care enough to resolve this before it came to this point suggests he does not care about the success of his business, either. I will absolutely never order anything from this business, and recommend nobody else does. So disappointing.
