She NEEDS customer service training...right away...she seemed like she HATED her job. They NEED to train her to be more polite or she needs to leave this company. She has been knowledgeable about any eye problems I've needed to discuss with her. She also has an enjoyable and caring personality. The office is busy, but I never feel rushed and always feel like I'm in good hands. The staff are friendly and the waiting area is pleasant. If you need glasses, the assortment looks good. So far I've only needed contacts though, so I've not seriously browsed the options. I'm picky about who I go to for my eye care, but I definitely give Dr. McCall 5 stars, and would give more if possible.
