He removed the cyst and I am soon glad I had it removed there, I can't imagine another clinic working so hard to make me feel so comfortable with the procedure. I need a different RX for every distance & this requires the optical person to _listen_ when I explain what distance(s) I need a progressive lens for & what I need to be able to see. Also when I asked for a copy of my Rx (so I could get glasses elsewhere), on 2 occasions they sent me the wrong Rx. When the new eyeglass shop calls them, suddenly the latest Rx is given.

I already have terrible vision, but to have an eye clinic bungle a prescription so badly is beyond excuse. My wife plans to pick up her defective glasses, and then take the frame elsewhere to get a prescription that actually works. Go elsewhere for services. They won't care if you aren't satisfied.

A representative called a few days…read moreahead of each surgery, to schedule the actual time to be there and to get all the detailed information regarding his health, etc. They also gave us info on what he should wear, eat, drink, etc.. prior to surgery. The staff was amazing! They were all very detailed about what would happen during each step before, during and after the surgery. They even called the next day to make sure he was doing OK. They did that after both surgeries. They were also very attuned to my needs, as the wife, to make sure that I understood everything and that I was comfortable and informed about everything going on with my husband . We would highly recommend this place as THE place to have cataracts removed. Dr. Mitchell Gossman was the physician and he was superb. Our experience with both the doctor and CMSC was great.
