I've experienced better."…read more Yesterday, a Saturday, I checked their website to see that they were open 'till 5 and made the drive from Arlington to Littleton to arrive around 3:20 only to have the door shut in our faces and be told, "I'm leaving early today." Granted it was a nice day to be riding one's motorcycle,but welcome to retail where you don't close the door on a customer well within normal business hours. Would I visit again? I'm not so stupid as to boycott if there were a good chance that they might have what I was looking for at a reasonable price. However, I'd never go again without calling first to be sure they'd be open and I recommend that you do the same. And some retailers wonder why so much business has moved to the Web?
