Avoid like the plague, especially if you own a truck…read more I purchased a set of 4 tires from them for my 2009 F150 and requested an alignment check and slot for an alignment to be made if it was too far out of factory spec. I waited 6 days for their first available slot, scheduled at 3:00 PM (their recommendation). They close at 5:30 PM. They mounted and balanced the tires and told me my truck was in fact out of spec and required an alignment, but they couldn't do it because they forecast it would take 3 hours. The "manager" there at the time told me he couldn't authorize anyone to work after and that I was out of luck. I drove an hour and a half, one way, to this business from Protection because it was the closest place that could get me the tires I wanted and perform the alignment all at once. I work in the oil field and work on site where we work 12 hours days, 7 days a week until the job is done. The staff person I talked to told me they needed caster/camber plates as parts and they had to unhook a sway bar which was going to take a lot of time. When I set my appointment I gave them my make model and year of vehicle so this should not have ever been a barrier to getting my scheduled service done. Upon calling the owner he did not answer or return my first call. I had to call back the next day to discuss this matter with him. All of a sudden the reasoning as to why they couldn't perform the alignment was because the underside of the truck was "packed with mud" and it was going to take an hour or more to clean it out. Anyone with common sense knows that you can take a hose or pressure washer with a truck on a hoist and clean it out in minutes if that was actually a problem. In the end he offered to do a free alignment ($60 value) if I brought it back, but due to me having to drive 3 hours round trip and have to have my relief hand cover me again was very much out of the question, especially as I would have burned $60 in gas making the trip again. He flatly refused to give me any money off of the tires or any other compensation. So, you hard working individuals that need stuff done when you schedule it; avoid this place. It sounds to me someone was too lazy to do a job and made excuses, and who wants a lazy person working on important components of their vehicle.

Adding an update. My…read moreteenage son lives in Dodge and as everyone knows finding a good service business that you can trust can be difficult. My son took in his Buick .. and while the older service guy at the desk can be difficult and blunt ... the other men are awesome and have great customer service. They fixed the issue quickly, at a good price and he was back on the road.

If I could give negative stars best believe I would. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. 2 weeks into…read moremy purchase a sensor light came on. No big deal I alerted the dealership and they took my car in and tried to fix it. A few days later I go back to pick it up and it's all good to go. I drive it for the day and sure enough the same sensor comes back on. I alerted the dealership once again and they took my car in. Heres where things went down hill. I had a progressive snapshot in my car to monitor my driving. I witnessed them driving my vehicle (yes I know they need to drive it to make sure it's working properly) but they drove recklessly and failed to alert me that they unplugged my snapshot which is a red flag to my insurance. I simply asked them why they drove recklessly their response "we need to drive it to make sure its working". I simply asked to call me next time they're going to drive my vehicle. They sighed and said fine. They called and said were going to drive your vehicle to make sure it's good to go then you can come get it. Little did they know I was across the street eating and had a clear view of my vehicle. 30 minutes I kept contact with my vehicle and my phone rings. "Hi this is Tom from G&G Hyundai in Dodge City Ks, I just wanted to let you know that we just parked your car and it's ready for you." I watched them lie to me about driving my car. I talked to the Owner John and he told me that my expectations were to high. Might I add that my vehicle was being driven at 5:35am while in their possession. I never want to go back their I dont recomend it however they had a used vehicle that my sibling wanted. As much as I didnt want to go I did. We were doing the paperwork and they said that the vehicle was sold. A former employee told me later that the owner simply didnt want to sell to us since the first incident. Ok fine, we can take our business elsewhere. My vehicle has a 10-year warranty for the powertrain 6-year bumper to bumper. My check engine light came on and it was for my thermostat. Guess who refused to service my car and made me drive 2.5 hours to the nearest Hyundai dealer. So if you do purchase a vehicle from them. Tom the service department manager and John the owner you need to watch out for them
