His shop was full, but when we told him our urgency - since we were just driving by, and expected high temperatures in UT and NV - he immediately helped us. The service department lied multiple times. I dropped my…read morepickup off the day before it was scheduled to be inspected for a valvebody failure and was told it would be fixed in approximately 1 week. it had 50,000 miles and this would be a warranty repair. I was also denied a loaner vehicle. two days after it was scheduled to be inspected I called for an update and was informed they had confirmed the valvebody was bad. They then informed me parts are back ordered 2-3 months. This is due to so many failures production cannot keep up. One week after the inspection was scheduled and after multiple calls the finally admitted they never inspected it and would not for another week. After taking to other dealers they all agreed that parts are at least 3 months out. I had to fix it out of pocket with better than factory aftermarket parts because it was cheeper than a rental. and their repeated refusal to give me a loaner despite that being in the first couple lines of the warranty info in the app.

Not only did the first attempt of them fixing it take 4 months, after we went to pick it up, it was not even remotely ready. The paint looked like a toddler got ahold of a spray can. So we we gave them ANOTHER month. (Mind you we live 2 hours away, so driving up there a million times is not ideal) Finally, we go to pick it up. It still looks horrible, but at this point we just wanted to bring it home to a shop in our home town. IT BROKE DOWN HALFWAY HOME. Leaving my husband stranded in the middle of nowhere. We brought it to a local body shop where they had to fix all the paint. They told me there was overspray on the entire vehicle. A couple days later I found the driver seat was loose. They couldn't bother to tighten the bolts. And today I found a broken clip for the sun visor. This piece could not have cost more than a couple dollars, but instead they tried to GLUE IT TOGETHER. There are other issues as well, but this is already a long read, so I'll leave it at that. Absolutely ridiculous. If you break down, or need any kind of repair. I beg you to look elsewhere.

Ask them to help us out they said they would take 20 percent off still cost $4000. Even though it had 1000 mile warinity. All they would say is it didn't show a code. But still found metal shavings in it. Will never do business with Lewis again even though I bought a new pickup in 2016 from Lewis ford.

My son took in his Buick .. and while the older service guy at the desk can be difficult and blunt ... the other men are awesome and have great customer service. They fixed the issue quickly, at a good price and he was back on the road.

No big deal I alerted the dealership and they took my car in and tried to fix it. A few days later I go back to pick it up and it's all good to go. I drive it for the day and sure enough the same sensor comes back on. I alerted the dealership once again and they took my car in. Heres where things went down hill. I had a progressive snapshot in my car to monitor my driving. I witnessed them driving my vehicle (yes I know they need to drive it to make sure it's working properly) but they drove recklessly and failed to alert me that they unplugged my snapshot which is a red flag to my insurance. I simply asked them why they drove recklessly their response "we need to drive it to make sure its working". I simply asked to call me next time they're going to drive my vehicle. They sighed and said fine. They called and said were going to drive your vehicle to make sure it's good to go then you can come get it. Little did they know I was across the street eating and had a clear view of my vehicle. 30 minutes I kept contact with my vehicle and my phone rings. "Hi this is Tom from G&G Hyundai in Dodge City Ks, I just wanted to let you know that we just parked your car and it's ready for you." I watched them lie to me about driving my car. I talked to the Owner John and he told me that my expectations were to high. Might I add that my vehicle was being driven at 5:35am while in their possession. I never want to go back their I dont recomend it however they had a used vehicle that my sibling wanted. As much as I didnt want to go I did. We were doing the paperwork and they said that the vehicle was sold. A former employee told me later that the owner simply didnt want to sell to us since the first incident. Ok fine, we can take our business elsewhere. My vehicle has a 10-year warranty for the powertrain 6-year bumper to bumper. My check engine light came on and it was for my thermostat. Guess who refused to service my car and made me drive 2.5 hours to the nearest Hyundai dealer. So if you do purchase a vehicle from them. Said he had it ready Thursday, he did not, said Friday he did not, Saturday, he won't answer, dude sure took my mom's money and she left without a car. She still doesnt have it. If I could I would give him 0 stars. Been a while got to check my mom's car and nothing had been done to it, they use a hose clamp to connect a small hose to each side. They charged my mom 300$ to do that. Those mechanics did a horrible job.
