I was taking a scholar to the mosque but did not know what the mosque would be like :) It's not big…read morebut it's quiet welcoming. it's majority attending guest were from Bosnian background and people were very welcoming and friendly :) The mosque has 3 stories, first floor during Ramadan is used to open Iftar (breaking fast) 2nd floor for male prayer and 3rd floor for female prayer. The parking is an issue, at least for me. I was having a hard time, so I would advice to come in advance of prayer time as it can take you 10 to 20 min for parking. And omg go in Ramadan, the food they make is AMAZING AND DELICIOUS :)

It's great for marriage, ceremonies or come at your own time. This is a roman Catholic parish church. I remember coming here for a family reunion and it felt so good it did not even feel like i was in church. I had a blast and it all happen listening to church songs with strangers that i met in church. This is a great place to feel loved, Happy, Emotional. A few months later they opened up the position and I got a phone call saying I got the job. He also said I was going to be in communication w/ someone I had not spoken to in months.. Every year he runs a super deluxe passover program for the very affluent and it supports a whole year of programs and hospitality for the seniors and youngsters of Pelham Parkway. He doesn't check anyone's religious observance just cares for them lovingly. What a gem of a synagogue!
