Wow, leaving a valuable item made me a bit nervous, but her attitude left a bad taste. That's not the way to treat any customer. The woman at the counter took me right to them, and they were SO reasonably priced! She chatted with me for a bit and even showed me items to spoil myself. Although too expensive (to spend on me), I appreciated her showing me and chatting with me. She wished me well on my road trip to get married and she even cleaned my ring for me and it hadn't been purchased there! They have had it for about 4 weeks now!! They keep giving me excuse after excuse why my ring is not done. Have have talked to the manager-Dustin or Justin, he says it is the jewelers fault and the company sending the wrong stones. I call again today (1/28/23), they do not know where or what is going on with my ring. She contacts the manager, who is trying to get a hold of the jeweler and he will call me back with some info. Still have not heard anything!!! I have told so many people to never buy any thing from this company, mainly the Janesville mall branch.
