And for the last 6 years I have recieved nothing but trouble .im writing this issue because this isn't the first time the bank has done this to me and I refuse for them to make money off of anyone else . (Sorry this is long but please read). On July 1 my husband wrote me a check for $1500 that I deposited into my account. They made a mistake and put two additional septate deposits in my account for $300 On top of my $1500oricinal amount one of the $300 came out of my husbands account because they cleared the check for $1800 instead if $1500 on my husbands account (leaving no trail so I had to send a email to prove to the one of the $300 amounts was from his account. Then on August 4 the 3 they took out $300 with out calling , holding or placing pending on a $300 amount . They just took it . When I called they told me that it was to correct an error on there mistake .-and that they were going to take another $300 for the other $300 that was added to my account . When I had proven that it came from my husband through emails and talked to 3 separate agents to which all replied and told me they had no members ad numbers . They told me that they would place a hold on my account until I could gather funds because if would over draft me just to wake up the next day and be negative $195 This bank has been very unprofessional not to mention unfriendly . They don't work with you when it comes to taking money that they messed up on they blame it on you because you didn't catch there mistake . When I went in to cancel my account the manager wouldn't even look me in my eyes they don't take you to a private room they collect all personal info at the front desk. While I was standing there with my mom as a witness they had peoples private information bank loans, bank accounts , name , amount . Everything sitting on a paper on the printer at the front desk. So please please please if you have a account with this company close it and run and if your thinking about coming to this bank please let this be a review that set your decision andRUN .because this company made a $600 dollar error that the customer had to pay and it cost me overdue funds and $600 to fix and I'm the one that ended up screwed!!! Told me the (300) that same from my husband would be in his account within 5 business days .that we should see if pending in his account on Monday..so please watch out this franchise is always dealing with fraud and the.bank it's self is full of fraudster, liars and unprofessional work.so if I can help you ... Run away as far as you can go anywhere else avoid this place

For those who can't throw $10k into a checking, they also have a self service account with no fee. This location has a drive thru, 24 hour outdoor ATM, and a mortgage banker. No business banker on site, but there's usually a financial advisor around to help. There's rarely a long wait at the teller line, and management is exceptional at taking care of client needs.

I never felt for a second that she was ready to get off the phone even though they were about to close, but she stayed on with me and answered all of my questions so I appreciate this credit union having the right people handling their calls, which tells you a lot about them 100% on customer service and satisfaction from me.

Went to Pnc Bank on 04/07/2024 to deposit one thousand dollars through a ATM machine upon…read moredepositing the money it show that I was depositing only 920 dollars so I discontinued my deposit transfer and pulled my money out of the ATM machine and counted the money in my car.Sure enough i was short 80 dollars but I had bills to pay so I resubmitted the 920 dollars and this time the machine rebooted and kept my money and ejected my bank card.I called Customer Service on a Sunday and she told me not to worry I would get my money back just to go the branch Monday morning and let them know what happened. So I went Monday morning and spoke to the branch manager I believe her name was Mrs Chandler and she told to call Brinks because it was not the banks ATM machine even though it was in front of the bank that is ridiculous. So I asked her since I was there can we call Brinks she said she would have her Assistant help me I said okay so I waited. So when the bank assistant called my name she sat me down in her office and asked me what the problem was and I started explaining to her what happened. She asked me for my drivers license and bank card and let her know I needed my money because I had bills to pay and she responded by telling me there is nothing she can do because brinks owns the ATM machine and I would have to call them. I asked her why do I have to call them when I am at your bank and I have my account here. She responded by telling me she doesn't own the bank and I responded back but you work and you're an Employee of Pnc Bank. She told to leave and threw my drivers license and bank card on the table at me I told her hell if I am leaving without help or my money and she said f__k you not once but twice i never seen anyone so unprofessional as her she should be terminated for talking to a customer like that. So I left without my money and couldn't believe an employee would use foul language like that to a bank customer. I haven't received my money back as of 04/12/2024 or any calls from PNC Bank Main Corporate Office. Do not go there or they will treat you like crap.
