A therapist for 40 years, there's not much that Marc hasn't seen. He was familiar with my procedure and knew how to treat me. He stretched, pulled and pushed on the shoulder in all of the typical ways to avoid inflicting pain (where possible), making notes on my current state. At each visit he'd review his notes, take new measurements and then tailor that day's session base on my progression before passing me off to the technicians who would implement his plan. If I need PT again, I'll certainly look up Marc.

This second round of OT was necessary because I had digit widgets on the three impacted fingers and my OT did another incredible and phenomenal job of restoring the range of motion and activity in my hand. Frank was able to find deficiencies in movement I wasn't aware of. We worked the issues with manipulation, strength and flexability training with all the best equipment in the office. Frank appears to be a little OCD about cleanliness and I appreciate this quirk. At the end of each session we finished with a massage and the feel good machine. I was able to avoid surgery because of the work we did. Frank gave me the best advice to purchase splints to wear at night. The splints keep me from sleeping with my hands and wrists in unhealthy positions. It has changed my life by raising my sleep score by 30pts daily. My advice is, at the least, try whatever Frank tells you to do. It will benefit you immensely.

I just wrapped up going to Greater Therapy Centers in Lewisville for some odd back pain I had been…read morehaving. If you don't want to read all of this review (since it might end up a bit long), the TLDR version is that they did a fantastic job of fixing my issue and they did so with minimal info. All of the staff also were very nice throughout. When my doctor initially recommended physical therapy, I was a little pessimistic on its chances of fixing the issue. That was in large part because describing the issue wasn't the easiest thing in the world. My back felt fine 90% of the time, but stand up for longer than 10-20 minutes and all of a sudden I was hunched over in pain. There was no clear cause of it either. Basically, I knew I wasn't going to be able to give a therapist a lot of info to go off of and I knew that could mean they wouldn't be able to hone in on the issue. However, I'm happy to say that Brandon and Howard managed to take the gibberish description I gave them and devise a treatment plan that actually fixed the issue entirely. For reference, this was a back problem I had been experiencing since early March. (2-3 months.) No amount of muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory meds, heat pad sessions, or stretching seemed to do anything for it either. PT did the trick though. It is great to be past it finally, especially since surgery was in the conversation. For anyone trying to decide on a place to go, I definitely recommend this place. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and care about getting your issue fixed. I've been in places after surgery where you felt like the therapist was doing his/her best to get you out the door. GTC was essentially the opposite of that for me. Their focus was on getting me back to normal, not on who their next patient would be.

Bethany took her time and helped me in every way possible! I had to start bringing my daughter who is 2 she is a handful and everyone there never made me feel bad for having to bring her with me. They were kind to my daughter and handled our situation with care! They were very understanding and patient with not just her but me as I was trying to heal and be a parent! If I ever need therapy again I'll never go anywhere else!! I can't say thank you enough! 108 days after hip surgery and 64 days after spinal surgery I finished therapy today! I'm back to dancing and playing with my girls!

I had an accident mid-year this year which resulted in needing one and one-half months treatments in physical therapy. I'd never had PT for anything before in my life so therefore had no real expectations. To try to make a long story short, I was amazed at the improvement I made with the guidance of Tori Lopez, the clinic manager. Results easily exceeded expectation both in pain reduction and final results in body movement. Tori gently led me while quickly adapting to any changes with me. I can't recommend her clinic enough!! I already had some cortisone injections and now was ready to begin to strengthen core and lower back muscles. Preston took plenty of time to talk with me and see exactly what and where my pain was. Began a treatment plan and have had several treatments with his team. Sophia, Blaire and Hanna have worked closely with me providing the correct instructions on my exercises. They are all very caring and give one on one attention, which other facilities don't always do. Another thing which I greatly appreciate is that they are always on time with their appointments. They respect my time as a patient, so I know when I will be finished and can plan other things with certainty. The therapy office and treatment areas are very clean and sanitized after each patient. I believe it is a newer facility location, and has every possible piece of equipment/apparatus needed to help all ailments. I would definitely recommend this Therapy Center to anyone. Fred B
