Several calls later and I'm still getting the runaround of "it will take 24-48 hrs for this to processes" only to call back and have to start from scratch because what I was promised would happen on the previous call did not. It's just not worth the time and hassle when there are other companies that do it right from start to finish.

Then they said that he didnt have covid 19 because he didnt have symptons, which was a lie and they gave him the same prescription as me. Rude people. My mother also had to go to the restroom but they brought her a potty chair or w/e. All she needed was a urinal. So the guy told her to use the seat, when she finished the guy was trying to take it out but spilled it all over himself and on the floor. The guy just rinsed his hands with no soap and continued his day with piss all over his clothes and arms. Not going there again...rude people and gross, stupid trashy place.

Sure enough just with in the first week of rehab sessions Guy Terry broke a screw into my vertebra sending me back into surgery to redo the whole procedure again (another 13 hrs on the operation table and another $80K for the surgery and hospital stay). Run away from this therapist and his clinic!!!!! I am living with his mistakes for the rest of my life and will never be as good as I could have.

Dr. Terry also went over the out of pocket expense up front and then covered what would be billed. Each of my rehabilitative sessions was excellent. I received specific care for my condition and Dr. Terry spent at least 20 - 25 min with me during my rehab process each session. I feel that my level of care was excellent and I would recommend Dr. Terry to my friends and family.

After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we can see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don't we all just grab lunch instead? I was really in deep of a massage one random day and decided to give this place a try. It's located…read morein a shopping strip mall so I was questioning myself because I usually opt for a spa setting. But my sore shoulders were like, we can't wait Jo. Lol Anyway, the front desk is sooo nice when I called to make the appt. Which make me feel confident about the appt. The place is clean, and everyone is professional and nice. My massage therapist did a great job. I opted for the combo with massage and scrub. What's really cool is that they actually have a shower for you to use after your body scrub!!! And you also get to pick salt or sugar scrub. I chose sugar. Although the scrub was just OK. (The next time if I come back, I will only do the massage) the shower after wards was AMAZING. They provide robes, slippers and hair ties. So you can have a great shower. Overall, I had a good massage. But I don't feel that I would want to pay close to $200 for it again.
