After doing some research, we chose Dr. T for our son's pediatrician. After he was born we called and got his first appointment scheduled. We met with nurses, Dr. T, and lactation specialist. It was an incredible experience to meet everyone and get so much insight. Dr. T loves to hear all the questions and always has an answer for us. My son really likes him too, now that he is older to make those choices. We have had to use the portal several times to chat with the staff and there has never been an ignored message or misinterpreted thought. Even when we have emergencies, they are always responsive and fit us in as soon as they can. It is just a great pediatrician to have for any family. They have lifelong patients in our family.

He also called me today to answer more questions I submitted on the portal. I was never able to speak to either of my kids old doctor over the phone! The whole practice so far has been amazing. Christina the care coordinator made me feel welcomed during my first initial call and recommended a great doctor for my kids!

Dr. Malomo has threatened to give my kid a shot as a "joke" in the past. She also said she doesn't agree with the PA's medical advice of giving my child cough meds -- maybe you should all be on the same page with medical advice if you work at the same office and see the same patients! Dr. Malomo called me and was upset after I submitted the complaint defending everything she said with zero apology. I've heard that she's a partial owner of the practice so I can see why they kick people out for one complaint about her. Seems unethical! Is it even legal to kick patients out for complaining? How does that show that they value their patient's voices? Utterly disgusting and pathetic. We have taken my child to this practice with Dr Beisheim as our primary since he was born and have been very happy with her. I am totally disappointed in this coming from them.

There is clear signs for the sick side and the well side, which is helpful to keep my newborn safe! Front desk staff is nice and pleasant. When my children have an issue and I call the nurse line, Dr. Hughes will sometimes call me back herself (vs. one of the nurses). My kids actually like going to the doctor. We were hoping to transition to a great healthcare team since our daughters have very sensitive lungs, which sometimes requires us to go to the ER. I called late one night because my daughter seemed to be having respiratory distress and Dr. Goldberg advised us to go to the ER after I explained the symptoms. It was the right call and my daughter got the care she needed that night. Dr. Goldberg is a kind and attentive doctor, who remembers small details from past conversations and she never seems rushed! She's adjusted some medicines to better suit our daughters for the winter season as well. The staff on the phone and front desk is always friendly. They greet our daughters and give them stickers. The office is clean and well-maintained, and the parking is always plentiful. My husband was initially confused why I drove a little farther out to go to Pittsford for this doctor. I explained that I saw good reviews and that I had a great first experience with Dr. Goldberg. He said it still might be a better idea to go somewhere closer but I was already invested. Today my husband joined along and I asked him what his impression was, and he said, "The doctor seemed really nice and professional, and it's really clean and nice inside, I can see why you like it." My husband will be doing his PhD for the next 5 years in Rochester so we plan to be with Dr. Goldberg for these upcoming years! My daughters are healthy during spring, summer and fall but flu season is rough so it's important to me we go somewhere we feel welcomed and taken care of!

From general health, to age related questions as I get older, a little dabbling in some short term depression, and so much more; Chris has been great to work with over the last... maybe 10 years? He's approachable, knowledgeable, willing to get you in and out if you are in a rush, or sit for 30 extra minutes if you have some real concerns or things you need to understand better. The front of house is nice too. All in all, I continue to come because of Chris, although he is a PA, my interactions with him have been better than any doctors I have worked with in the past. Also, I have always been seen in a reasonable amount of time. Both in scheduling and upon arrival to the office. Would recommend.

I was searching for a primary care physician a few years ago. The first six I called in Erie County…read morewere not taking new patients, and I was getting frustrated. That's when my friend Laura told me about her doctor, and said he was accepting new patients. I would have taken anyone at that point, honestly. But she raved about him, and I gladly filled out the paperwork and waited for my first appointment. Admittedly, it took them a while to get me in for my physical. The physical is the necessary first appointment before seeing the doctor for anything else. Now I can get appointments the same day, when necessary. Usually I can get in within a few days. Dr Beney himself is very personable and listens very well to what you say. I have never felt rushed when I've been in to see him. He specializes in pediatric and internal medicine. I love how sometimes I am put in a room with an exam table that looks like a school bus or fire truck. Usually I request to see one of Dr Beney's PA's. Chad is my favorite. He's the one I go to for my annual physical, asthma questions, and anything else that is non-emergency. For the more urgent needs, I'll see whoever can take me first. The staff is really friendly. They've always been extremely helpful, too, whether in person or on the phone. One of the great things about this office if you have kids is that they have this really cool game in the lobby. It reminds me of the movie Big with Tom Hanks. Remember that scene where he's at the massive toy store and plays piano by jumping on the keys? Well this is the same concept, only it's not a piano. Using a separate machine, kids start a game that illuminates the floor. They have to jump into squares or grids. I don't think I've ever watched a kid play long enough to understand the goal, but the kids all seem to know instinctively how to play it. Dr Beney is currently accepting new patients, and although he's in Lockport, it's still a fairly short drive for me from East Amherst. Tip: His last name is pronounced like 'Beanie.'
