She had nothing but wonderful things to say about him, and shared with me an anecdote that one time she called the after-hours emergency line and he actually answered it himself. She couldn't say enough wonderful things about how much he truly cares for his patients. My first visit with Dr. Beney was for a physical - several years ago, now. I could tell right away I was going to like him. He wasn't available once when I had a sick visit, so his PA Chad saw me. Chad is just as caring as Dr Beney, and has the best sense of humor and bedside manner. He truly makes me feel like he listens to me and hears my concerns. I always make my appointments with him now. I've had a lot of experience feeling shuffled in and out of docror appointments in the past. Doctors are in short supply & patients are not. Because of that, doctors today cannot devote the same time with patients that doctors 50 years ago could. That said, not one time in all the years I've been a patient at this practice have I ever felt rushed. I've been seen for my annual physicals and illnesses ranging from asthma to pneumonia, and general sick visits. Every time I hear anyone request a referral to a new doctor, I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Beney's office.

We have been with her since she started her practice, when I was pregnant with my baby in 2017. Whenever I have a worry or concern, they are always there and answer immediately to any concerns. But never in a million years did I think we would find a place so caring and compassionate. You can tell that these people went into business because they LOVE what they do- They recently switched to a bigger and beautiful building. The drive is pretty far but oh, so worth it! We never leave the office crying or feeling like we're bad parents- they explain everything very in-depth and detailed. They have the time and patience to listen and help with ANY concern you may have- and never make you feel like your dumb or a burden for asking! They have a very fair price to make this private office so affordable- haha babies are expensive. But I can't explain how grateful and happy I am, knowing that Naomi is in such great hands! However the real issue is the "professionals" and their vaccine policy that they try to push and push even after you refuse and are told you can refuse without repercussions but in the end there are repercussions, very real and very scary repercussions that left myself my wife and most importantly our daughter without a pediatrician because we were told we are not welcome there if we didn't follow their vaccine regimen, again after being told there wouldn't be consequences leaving us with false hope that maybe these people actually did care about children but don't be fooled like we were, they do not. All they care about is vaccines being pumped into tiny human beings that weigh less than a sack of potatoes and that's it, they didn't care that our daughter had an ear infection and had a UTI at the same time, they didn't care that she was sick, they didn't care that she wasn't gaining weight, in the end all they cared about was getting what I can only assume was some kind of compensation for vaccinating another 8lb newborn. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children. Thank almighty god that not everyone thinks like them though and there are facilities out there that will care for a sick child no matter what.

The last objection I have is their phone menu changing at 5:30 to say that the office is closed when the website says they are open till 6pm. I pressed Zero and what a mistake that was, it just started the mans annoying too long message to start over. I'm sure whatever management reviewed that message on the office is closed message either didn't listen to all of because they were in a hurry or they enjoy having their ego stroked. It doesn't matter what the message says if it is too long and too loud done by a well spoken person it has no immediate option to leave a message or any option but to sit and suffer being subjected to a non-functional drone on how great TP is. I have long disliked the phone menu sound and length of the message here but the last straw is calling when office is supposed to be open and then being unable to accomplish anything constructive. I will bet that any business that specializes in professional construction of the public face in that field would find plenty wrong and would coach that speaker to do many things differently with the actual menu. Her attitude was condescending and intolerant when I asked her to answer questions that I had. For a pediatrician's office, more care should be placed in making the office welcoming to children (age appropriate colors, toys, etc). Doctors should take time to introduce themselves to the children. It is a simple request to have doctors patiently and kindly answer parents' questions. I have never felt so unwelcome at a medical professional's office before. Answering simple questions is part of standard professional practice.

When we were late for our first few appointments (we were new parents, had little sleep, and were getting used to the idea that it takes an hour to get out of the house) they didn't make us feel bad, or feel that we were wasting their time- they were understanding. I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding, but they were supportive. I broke down several times in their office, crying hysterically, and the nursing staff were all kind and supportive, giving me words of encouragement. The doctors are very down to earth, and just care that your baby is doing well- doesn't matter how fast or slow they are progressing, and they don't make you panicked, telling you what your baby should or should not be doing at any point. They just tell you how great you're doing/how great your kid is doing- they are very encouraging. The BEST thing about them is they will NOT take you if you refuse to vaccinate your child! Otherwise, they will take any insurance, etc- they just want to make sure the children that go to their office are safe. I cannot say what a relief that was to see that policy. Also, they have a 'sick' and 'healthy' section of the waiting room, so no germs are crossed over- same for the rooms. The whole office is separated in two- with the right side for the sick, and the left side for the healthy. I just adore these doctors.

It was almost 10pm when she saw my child waiting for over an hour (but this is completely understandable) yet she didn't understand why he was cranky and couldn't hold still to a very sensitive part of his body. This was not cold or flu injury. This was a laceration injury. she was in a bad mood because she said she had a cold. There was no comfort and compassion for my child's injury. I eventually I had to pin my kid down just so she didn't walk out of the room for the second time to check on the injury. She made a comment towards his attitude yes his bedtime is 8 and he's tired and hurt. My child indeed needed medical attention with a specialist and a follow up to make sure it was healing. I am surprised she's a paediatrician because she doesn't seem to like kids or doesn't have any tips or tricks to make a child comfortable. No maternal instincts kicked in. Reception was kind and nice. And overall it is clean. I am sure great doctors work here, as well. I am only hoping it was a bad day. I had to explain to my son on the car ride that it wasn't their fault he was so scared.

After doing some research, we chose Dr. T for our son's pediatrician. After he was born we called and got his first appointment scheduled. We met with nurses, Dr. T, and lactation specialist. It was an incredible experience to meet everyone and get so much insight. Dr. T loves to hear all the questions and always has an answer for us. My son really likes him too, now that he is older to make those choices. We have had to use the portal several times to chat with the staff and there has never been an ignored message or misinterpreted thought. Even when we have emergencies, they are always responsive and fit us in as soon as they can. It is just a great pediatrician to have for any family. They have lifelong patients in our family.

He also called me today to answer more questions I submitted on the portal. I was never able to speak to either of my kids old doctor over the phone! The whole practice so far has been amazing. Christina the care coordinator made me feel welcomed during my first initial call and recommended a great doctor for my kids!
