There have been serious incidents involving mistreatment of children that were deliberately hidden from parents. One particular toddler teacher, Hilary, had previously been terminated for harming children but was shockingly rehired. When a child bravely speaks up and the issue is brought to the attention of the directors, the situation is not handled with transparency. Instead of protecting the child, the daycare removes the child from their services to silence the situation--while the teacher in question is allowed to remain and continue working with vulnerable children. This environment creates fear and emotional pain for kids, even if no physical marks are visible. The silence and secrecy make it even more dangerous. Please be extremely cautious. Every child deserves to feel safe, protected, and nurtured. No parent should have to fear what's happening behind closed doors.

My son would come home absolutely starving and thirsty. Several times we would pick him up and his diaper would be filled to the brim although according to the app that we had set up it was just changed a few minutes before. I went to the leadership and they would just feed me the party line. Things would change for a day or two and then things would be back to the same. I held out for a while because my son truly did love two of the teachers , but they were not his consistent teacher. This was the medical center location

My…read morechild often had bruises and the facility would claim they reviewed the cameras and would claim they were either old (determined by their owner/nurse practitioner) or did not occur here. My child would cry and tremble as soon as we would drive near this place. This was my first child so I thought this was just separation anxiety but soon realized something must have been very wrong here because when my son was pulled out from here and attended his new daycare he loved it.

We decided to contact them and take a tour. Their classrooms are all separate rooms. There is plenty of toys and learning activities in each classroom. The place has a very pleasant aroma immediately when you walk in. This childcare facility reminded me of my childhood classroom, that is one reason why we chose them. On top of the very high hospitality. Miss Joann is very welcoming. She has over 30 years experience with children. To me that trumped another location that was all brand new and state of the art with the person running it having a masters degree. My little boy has been going now for going on 3 weeks and he absolutely loves it. After the first week there, the following week he was walking in all by himself.
