I called Sam to come clean my master bedroom due to pet urine. He offered mattress cleaning so I chose that option as well. He did a great job on the mattress. My biggest concern was my carpet, he was able to get rid of the urine stain in one spot but neglected the other ones. He treated the rest of the carpet like a regular cleaning. There were several spots where the puppy had an accident. I wanted him to treat the whole room. Later in the evening after his cleaning I went to inspect the carpet and there were several hard spots in the room. Sam was in my house for 1 hour. I was surprised by how fast it all went. He said he's been doing this for 20 years so I took his word. I called him to explain the problem, he told me that it was probably old chemical residue that was brought up from the cleaning. He said he would come over the next day and give it another go. He arrived the next day.There was a major rough spot where the original urine stain was at, it was the toughest patch out of the whole room. He told me that I only talked to him about a certain spot by my TV. I pointed to the spot that we texted about and he said that's he feels no rough patch and said that I'm giving him the run around and trying to make him work twice. He wouldn't even touch the original patch(the major spot that he focused on.) I sat down on the carpet and explained to him that there is still a smell. He said there was no smell and stormed off. He parked his van in my driveway, not where his work spot was. I think he was looking for an excuse to leave before he rang my doorbell. No sir all I wanted was a great job done on my carpet. He only had one room to do with the furniture in it. He worked one spot and went over the room one time. I expected at least 2 runs to fully clean it. I don't understand why he couldn't just do that the first time, it's not a big room. He treated each spot like it was a different job. I spent $350 on an an amateur job when I was looking for a professional. Last but not least after he finished working he dumped the dirty water 10 feet from my door so when I go outside now it smells like urine and grime. He gets 1 star for the mattress because he did great on that. But in every other aspect he failed. UPDATE: So you judge because I have a bong? This pothead paid you what you asked for and you did not work to the standard. You're response is dishonest and out of order. You REFUSED to even touch the hard spot. You could see it in the sunlight and you still said no. You said no because you know you did a bad job. You gave me the bottle the day of cleaning not today when you were rude and disrespectful. $180 for carpet cleaning? I thought it was $225. Unless you're saying now that the mattress cleaning is $170? Oh and the "large" dogs that you were complimenting and now are complaining about didn't go into the room until YOU opened the door. Why would I or anyone call someone back to reclean something that is clean? DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL and have NO STANDARDS. You are the reason I will never hire a small business again. read more

I request carpet cleaning services with high attention to pet stains as one of my dogs had 6 puppies. I was told I would get a deep cleaning with odorizer and sanitizer and was told that some stains would not come off. It looked good after the cleaning but a few days later my kids are playing on the carpet and say there is something smelly. I go and sit with them and start smelling something. I got closer to the areas where the old stains were and discovered that horrible pet pee smell that was never there before. Now I'm told I will need to get another service to take care of that. I'm upset because I was never told this could happen and I assumed I was getting the best option for my problem. After all they are the professionals. Lesson learned. Will have to deal with this on my own since they did not want to help to rectify this miscommunication. Update I had no odor issues and now I do. I was not aware this would happen. If I was a business I would let my customer know that odor could rise after the cleaning and I would give a full detailed price for EVERYTHING. Not hit them with other charges after I complained there is a smell. I will not continue the back and forth with this I realize no resolve will come of this. I was given a california king sized bed. It was a bit lived in so I needed to find someone to sanitize the bed. I found this place on yelp. I went through the reviews before choosing which person to call. From the reviews. The vibe that I felt, was a small business owner who cares about his business. So I called. I asked for an estimate. It's a rather large mattress. I had a number in my head, and did my research with some quick online checking. His price was right around industry standard. It was a slight bit higher then normal so I did not agree right away. So I asked the next question. "When can you do that job? I read that he doesn't usually work on Sundays. That means for me, I can only do Saturdays, and weekdays after 6pm. He said he could see me today. Welp. Considering that the man was going to come to me AND give me same day service. I agreed to the quote and asked him to proceed. I'm not going to run around getting counter quotes from other vendors. Because I know the end result will be waiting for replies. And then, after those replies come in. I have to respond and make an appointment. Thus, I would end up waiting. Only to wait again for the next 3-7 days when they can actually come see me. Anyways. The gentleman who answered the phone arrived about 20 minutes later. The gentlemen, (I forget the name, but I can read and guess that it was Sam) took a look at the bed, and let me know his concerns. He saw that there were some old, and set in stains on the mattress that would likely not be removable. In turn. I told him that my expectations are reasonable. I just want the mattress clean enough to sleep on. (And frankly, I personally do not care HOW my mattress looks because it's covered by bedsheets most of the time anyway.) The cleaning took a little less then an hour. And I can say that I am happy with the results. Sam went beyond my aforementioned "reasonable" expectations. The mattress looks worlds better and. AND, he removed the subtle odor that I had detected from the mattress prior to cleaning. I would recommend this company. I will look to him when I need other upholstery/furniture/ cleaning services. He said that he also does car interiors. That will likely be my next mission. I know who I will call first. So. That being said. Give him a try! read more

So I made an appointment with him on a Monday for him to come on a Wednesday to clean my mattress. I called around looking for other carpet cleaners as one should looking for the best price which would make sense. Not a bad idea to call around and ask. And I accidentally called him again asking him for a quote. When he notified me that we had an appointment he seemed upset at the fact that I was looking around. So he canceled my appointment. I called him back and asked if we could do the initial appointment we previously discussed. He accepted. So the day comes and I spend all morning cleaning my house getting ready for him to clean my mattress so it can look not a messy here. I vacuumed my house. I swept the floor, I moved everything out of my room for him to have some room to work in so he could clean my mattress. While I was doing all this he was trying to text me to see if he could come early and I was busy cleaning. So he canceled the appointment on me because I didn't respond to his text. This is it. If thats not messed up. I don't know what is. I see he has great reviews which is surprising because this doesnt beg customer service to me at all. There was no response after my replies nor him asking to reschedule for a different day. I guess in the beginning when your starting out customer service is everything but when you don't have to worry and buisness is good this type of stuff happens rite. If I wanted to cancel I would have contacted him a day previously. Updated response: I have no missed calls on my phone and I never received a voicemail. I would have contacted you a day previously if I were to cancel. I cleared my schedule and cleaned my whole house and never got that chance.
