If the quality of the customer service and their maintenance was roughly equivalent to their payment collection effort, it would easier to state something positive. Why not move? They had no problem waiting for us to unload our trailer. Overall I think as long as you pay your bill every month and are polite you won't have any problems with them. Simple as that. I rented a unit 3 months ago in order to have a place to store my belongings when I moved to the…read morearea from out of state. I informed the individual I spoke to on the phone regarding the situation and they told me that I did not need to have a lock placed on the unit and it could wait until I arrived. My move was delayed but I have continued to pay the monthly rate for the last 3 months. Today I received a call that they have rented my until to someone else! I was completely taken aback as I have been paying for this unit this entire time and have now LOST MONEY and do not have a storage unit secured for my arrival. I asked if I could at least receive an email notification that the unit has been closed and I was told they "don't do that." They also refuse to refund me back the money for the month! I am truly shocked by the terrible customer service and behavior of this place.
