Louis came by to look at my house, used thermal imaging and brought pictures to show me what to expect. Very thorough, knowledgable, trustworthy and truly helpful. Honestly, I was a little anxious about them drilling into the mortar of our brick exterior, but decided to trust the process. Their work is seamless. I can't even see where the holes were! They also installed various insulation in all sorts of walls as I was doing a major renovation at the time. Anyhow, Louis is just fantastic! A really wonderful person. And his team did great work. Holy !! I had Complete Basement Systems come in and put a French drain and sump pump system in my…read morebasement after I experienced a flood after moving in to my house only 9 days prior. Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind. Trust me don't deal with the water and leaks and mold just get it done. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. So glad I put that system in.
