The worst customer service experience, ever. Eye-rolling, accusations, no offers to resolve the problem, nothing. Plus a hint of aggression from the owner's friend who was in store, and extra pitbulls! Go somewhere else. Don't give them your money.
Green Bay Mowers didn't bother to have a careful look at my mower; so diagnosed and fixed the wrong problem, twice; didn't test the mower at any time; and diagnosed the wrong problem a third time, again without looking. When challenged, the owner became snarky and rude and had no interest in any kind of resolution.
