I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Greenbee Maids and wanted to warn others of my experience. There's plenty of cleaning companies out there.... STAY AWAY from this one! When filling out the online form, I selected "deep clean" and "baseboards" for a ~800ft house that totaled $215 (the next option was ~1300sq ft which was way over). However, upon arriving, the employee obviously wanted to do the minimum. Since my house is 888ft, he had to call his supervisor and facetime her so I guess they could charge me more? But since no one informed me they were coming and I had to have the house cleaned the day, I already started on the living room and kitchen. I told them that I can finish the living room, if they could finish the rest of the house including the kitchen that was pretty much done already. They finished cleaning the rest of the entire house in the time it took me to finish cleaning the living room (which I had started an hour before). They completely skipped the only actual bedroom in the house and did a poor job on the bathroom. They didn't touch the sink in the kitchen, the blinds and some of the baseboards (that I paid extra for!). I'm not sure what I paid $215 for and have received far better service from other companies for way less (and they cleaned the entire house). The worst part of it is the professionalism and lack of accountability of management. After the employee called her, she texted me to confirm that "we will be doing the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cleaners will take before and after photos for your records". So I texted her back to let her know that one bedroom was completely untouched and the bathroom was poorly done. She responded the next day asking for pictures! Since I had a deadline to have my house cleaned by, I didn't take pictures before cleaning it myself and didn't think I had to since she said they would. The lack of accountability shows the Company's values in providing good service and therefore, should be avoided at all costs. read more

Green Bee Maids was the worst cleaning service I have ever hired. I paid over $300 for them to clean my house, clean the inside of all my windows and window seals, which cost $50 more and asked to do as much laundry as they could get done, which was $20 a load. The price didn't bother me if they did a good job buy it was awful. My windows were literally not touched, they washed like 5 loads of laundry and didn't dry any of them and left them in baskets and I had to rewash them because they smelled gross! Also, the upstairs wasn't touched except for my daughters bedroom, my shower wasn't cleaned. I have attached some pictures. Also, when hiring a "professional" cleaning company you expect the cleaner the be professional. The lady that came brought her 15 year old niece to "help", which is probably illegal. And they didn't bring half the cleaning supplies so I had to provide them including a broom and vacuum cleaner. They also wouldn't walk out in the dark by themselves so I had to walk them outside. When I contacted the company they said oh sorry, we will send the SAME LADY back out to "finish the job" but it has to be done in 5 days or we can't do anything for you. I wrote them back letting them know I was going to be out of town for 10 days and that's why I was getting it cleaned in the first place! They couldn't do anything and it was ridiculous. This was back in November 2018 and I showed pics with the date to prove it. Do NOT hire this company! Follow up- the partial refund was for all loads of laundry except 1, the 30% off that was offered to me is ridiculous, my house want cleaned why would I pay again to have it done?? And I was only offered a free cleaning(then trying to fix their mess) with the SAME people within 7 days and I was out of town and they wouldn't work for me even though their contractor working through their company did an awful job. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. So disappointed in the service and the lack of professionalism I received. I'm attaching the email I sent to them that never got a reply back. Also I will attach 4 photos of the "job" they did. Beware and stay far away! Thank you for the $75 credit back but I still am unsure what was done for $225. I had to spend an extra 3 hours at the house touching up everything. My husband was active duty and in the 7 moves that we have had, this has been the worst experience of them all. I could not believe the lack of service and professionalism that the ladies lacked. I was informed my vacant house was currenly cleaner than the ladies residence, before she did the cleaning (that should've been red flag #1). Red flag #2 was when she told me my house was so clean and the job isn't going to take them long at all. I truly feel even paying $225 far exceeds the amount of work that was done. I had to go through the entire kitchen and clean out every cupboard and drawer ( I had paid extra for this service), clean out the freezer, reclean the oven that was barely touched, the drain in the kitchen was not touched, and reclean the streaked windows. On top of that, my kitchen real wood floor is now stained with some sort of cleaning product in front of the oven. None of my baseboards in the home were touched, along with all the window seals. There was cleaning product that was left on the toilet and light switch. Under the sink in the bathrooms were never wiped down and cleaned. Whatever kind of "cleaning" I received, it was nowhere close to a move out clean. The last thing I wanted or felt comfortable with was the same team who came in and half-assed the job to begin with, to try and redo the same. What I received was unacceptable and I am beyond disappointed in the service I received and the price I paid for it. read more

THEY STOLE FROM MY HOME!!! Recommended by a close friend I hired this company to do what they considered a deep clean which included dusting, mop, windows, baseboards and ceiling fans, kitchen and inside of microwave. A woman and man arrived at my home took pics and video of everything and sent it to the company before they started. Once the owner and I agreed on the price and service she gave them the ok to start working. I tipped them upfront and left them to go to church...only to come back and find them stealing my personal belongings. They had their car (white suv) packed with bags filled with a jar of change that I was collecting, my brand new drill and tool set, several designer watches and sneakers, picture frames, pots and pans, blankets, rugs etc. Also a very nice wicker basket that was never retrieved. The women apologized and said "it was the gentleman that took it, please don't call the company I'll lose my job". After calling and speaking with the owner Nicovi (Nicki) sending her pictures of the bags I took from their car and a screenshot of her employee admitting they took the stuff, it took her 1.5hr to get back to me to only indirectly call me a liar. She gave a bunch of excuses first "they said they didn't do it" then "they said the items had mold or bugs" a jar filled with change ISNT TRASH! None of the items they took had mold or bugs or any other issue. She first offered me a discount then after giving her a piece of my mind she offered to return my money, tip included and send someone else to finish cleaning. These two had bags loaded up with my belongings yet they didn't clean. My kitchen wasn't touched at all except for the things they stole. My windows were left filthy...I sent all the picture proof to the owner Nicovi who stands by her employees. Telling me "We work with the Mayor... I've never had this issue" well you have it now. I refuse to have anyone from her company back in my home. As far as I'm concerned they are all crooks. As I looked around more I noticed more things that are missing but not in the bags that I recovered...even down to bottles of Red Wine. I can only assume they filled the wicker basket and took it home bbecause it wasn't in their car that was filled with the bags. I've filed a police report and plan to take further action. Wow, this company never ceases to amaze me. I have been using Greenbeemaids to clean my house for the past 6 months, and every time its like walking into a five star hotel. I found them to be very professional, consistent, and always on time. Once you instruct them of your exact requirements, their office staff reports detailed notes on my specific required, so I never have to repeat myself. I found their staff to be extremely pleasant and trustworthy. Their very good about keeping me well informed regarding any changes to our schedule. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I scheduled a cleaning of floors, bathrooms and dusting, 2 fans and window sills. It was supposed to be a 2:00pm appointment and they finally showed at 4:45pm. I had to rearrange my day since they were late. I requested 2 girls for 2 hours and I only got them from 4:45p-6pm. They did a horrible job!!! Left dust all of the floors and didn't move chairs to clean underneath. All I got was excuses. Never again!!! read more

We've been searching for another cleaning crew for a sometime. Our former cleaning service (who did a wonderful job) was no longer able to accommodate the day of the week we need our house cleaned. I searched through Angie's List and came accross GreenBeeMaids. They are very responsive. Scheduling and rescheduling is easy. They also offer discount for recurring service. DO NOT ACQUIRE GREENBEE MAIDS' SERVICES! I informed the company that I was not satisfied with their services and will not recommend their services to anyone, especially my friends and family. This is due to their lack of professionalism and respect for my time. They also did not offer me "additional services" that their website states is a part of the appointment booking process (booked appt over the phone). I booked their "move out" cleaning service and was told they would clean to my property management's move out inspection cleaning standards. Apparently cleaning the walls is a "special task or extra" and that would need to be added as an additional service during booking. Two things: 1. I booked over the phone and was not offered the additional service (nor was I informed the walls are not included). 2. cleaning the walls is a part of the property management's move out inspection cleaning standards. I let them know I was not satisfied within their 7 day window (per their refund/200% money back guarantee on their website), to which they responded "I didn't tell them until 3 days after they performed their services." I see no disclaimer to that guarantee anywhere on their website. read more
