I'm a new home owner in the Santa Clarita area and needed my carpets cleaned before move in. I called to set up an appointment and was able to set a time frame. Though my scheduled time was not ideal at the time, the receptionist did make it a point to leave a note that if a time frame opened up for my desired time, they would call, which I thought was a definite plus. A couple of days ago, I was able to make a final run through of the house and noticed carpet in another area of the house that needed attention. We just had our carpets cleaned by Green Clean Pros and they were amazing. We have three large dogs that had taken over the downstairs and with that came an odor of musky dog. Green Clean Pros came out, and as they promised, were able to get that horrible smell out! I also want to point out that the customer service was exceptional! Great experience! After a night of dog problems on the carpet, I called Green Clean at 7:15am. Got an answer right away. Natasha (very nice and helpful) arranged an appointment same-day. The guys (Jay and Kenneth) actually arrived early, then made very quick, but very precise work on our gross carpet. An hour later it looked like move-in day. Really sad to write this review as we had high hopes for the company. The owner and his G/F (Natasha) came out and the initial meeting went better than expected. Had us so hopeful we found a great company to do our (basic) kitchen remodel. When I say basic I mean cabinets, counter tops, flooring, lighting, back splash and painting for a home to be a rental in the next few years; not looking to spend $40K on a kitchen for a rental. We stated our budget with a "don't laugh" disclaimer ($10K) and asked for bottom line quote (cheap cabinets, etc) and a better option ($X more for 10x better cabinets). Both said "no problem! we will make it work". Took about a week to be sent a quote - when I received the quote via email it was for just under $4K. Exciting right? No! It was only for the labor of back splash, counter top install and floor demo. How am I to get an idea of what a (basic) kitchen remodel will cost if I'm given a $4K quote for next to nothing? MOST IMPORTANT: Just before they left my home, I flat out asked "ARE YOU LICENSED?". I received a "YES, OF COURSE WE ARE!". Try finding the company on the state contractors website...you won't find them. Be careful - lots of companies shifting gears to make a buck. read more

I shopped shopped and shopped around so much that I became a professional! I found out by taking an informal entry level carpet cleaning course with Jay over the phone and learned that "DEEP CARPET CLEANING" is a big NO-NO! Basically, the "deep cleaning" jargon is mumbo jumbo and a reason to charge customers excessively. Tell him to explain to you how carpets are being cleaned in NYC Skyscrapers and you will see what I mean. He made perfect sense and charges a reasonable amount so I decided to give him a chance. I was happy overall. My carpet is old and raggitty basically in poor shape so he did everything he could to delicately clean it and it looked almost new. We couldn't afford to get new carpet at the time but he rescued us. As a person, Jay is very polite, respectful and intelligent. I just moved into my new home & had the upstairs carpets cleaned for the firs time, using Green Clean Pros. The person who lived here before me, had a dog who left some dark spots on the carpet - they were able to lift them, as well as the dark spots that were around the bed in the master bedroom. They were super quick and explained everything about the process - including the non-toxic spray they used on the carpets. He explained that they use citrus oil, so my home now smells fresh, without that awful chemical smell you'd get from other carpet cleaners. I have a chihuahua terrier who has lots of energy in and out the house jumping everywhere. Needless to say my carpet pays the price! However I never worry about it.
