Do you remember that torrential downpour we had in July (2015)? It hardly ever rains that hard ... and in JULY no less!!! Well, we were right in the middle of a re-roofing (yeah, like no shingles). The roofers were doing their best for us (that's another review), but one room got flooded. I actually tried to dry it out myself using a wet/dry vac, then every fan in the house. But after 2 days, I could tell that it wasn't getting dry, and I was starting to worry about mold. That when I looked through Yelp and found Green Clean Pros. Natasha scheduled us "same day" which made me feel a lot better. When the team arrived, they explained what they were going to do and why, they worked calmly and efficiently and left the room completely dry with no chance of mold developing. While we had Green Clean Pros with us, we had them clean the carpets in the entire house. Everyday I look in awe at how wonderful our carpeting looks (it really looked bad before the cleaning). This review is for cleaning I got done from them almost a year back. I always thought I should write my review here, but kept postponing it. But here I am. I saw the reviews on yelp and called these people to clean my carpet. They are very courteous and nice to work with. The only problem is that if you have a very frequented area like stairs etc, it will not be cleaned as desired. For normal cleaning in the living room etc. it was fine, but a small rug in the family room and the stairs left much to be desired. I actually had to confirm with my husband if they even cleaned the rug since I had paid extra for it. When I asked them to redo those areas, the lady offered me a $50 discount for the next service but refused to try to clean that area again. read more

Don't quite think their method removes soil from deep in the carpet. They spray something over the carpet and then use a machine that swirls around over the surface. Their method does not vacuum to pull soil, etc. out. Yes, they tell you to vacuum first, but pet urine seeps down and needs deep cleaning to come out. I won't use this service agin. We are so happy with Green Clean Pros and the excellent job they did on our carpet. We called on Monday and they were able to schedule us two days later on our requested day. We had some pretty bad pet stains and they were able to lift these out like they were never there! This is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used! Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jay came out and did the cleaning. He was wonderful! They don't use any harsh chemicals, so it's safe for the kids and pets. They use very little water, so good for the environment (and saves your carpet pad from getting mold).
